Clark and Mark were helpful. I didn’t get the automated email but was received by the host late at night and was helped to my room. It’s located well and you really get the marfa flavor in the architecture

We had a great stay at Thomas and Rebecca’s place! We came to hike Guadalupe Mountains and Carlsbad Caverns, which are both under an hour’s drive. The house is very comfortable and had everything we needed. In our downtime we lit the wood burning fire and used the kayak and life jackets provided to paddle down the Pecos River, which is directly at the back of the house. All in all a memorable New Year’s trip!

Yoshy was a GREAT host. He was available at all times as needed. We experienced a little hiccup and Yoshy did everything within his power to make things right. Yoshy went above and beyond. As we all know things can occur whenever and Yoshy handled our situation very well and professionally. Yoshy place is amazing and very clean makes you feel at home. Minutes away from the beach (walking distance). Mannys Beach House is right there. Very fun atmosphere. Some of us within our group were first timers to Rocky Point and they loved their experience. We will definitely be going back and if Yoshy’s place is available we will gladly stay there again. Thank you very much Yoshy for being such a GREAT host! 🤗

The house was perfect for my family. Plenty of privacy but close to each other at the same time! I loved the size of the dining room and kitchen. Plenty of room to play games and cook breakfast in the morning! And most important it is 20 minutes to almost everything! Thanks for providing a good place to enjoy vacation with our kids.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this lovely house in Las Cruces. The space was exactly as described—clean, uncluttered, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The quaint backyard was a delightful bonus, perfect for relaxing and adding to the charm of the property. It’s clear that a lot of care was taken to make the home welcoming and functional. The only minor issue was with the lock—it took a few tries to get in, which was a bit inconvenient at first. However, it wasn’t a major problem and didn’t detract much from the overall experience. Overall, this house provided a great stay, and I appreciated how well it matched the listing. I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-maintained home in Las Cruces. With just a bit of attention to the lock, this place would be absolutely perfect!

Cindy was very responsive and accommodating for my family when we had travel changes. The home was clean and spacious enough for three adults comfortably. The home looks just as pictured. There were plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. I would recommend this home.

Recommended. The photos and description are accurate (washer and dryer were great as we stayed a few nights and were able to do laundry). Convenient parking space is right in front of the unit and the check-in was easy. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Efrain!

This is our second stay with Gary and once again it was terrific - great communication, beautiful place with lots of great amenities (love the individual heat/ac in each room). Had a lovely visit, would definitely come back again!

This was our second time staying at Postcards and once again we loved it and it felt like home away from home. When we booked our trip from Australia to Midland we knew there was only one place we wanted to stay for the 2 weeks and that was at Postcards! Jordan was extremely accomodating and super responsive when we contacted him as was the case the year before when we stayed there. The house is super cute, spacious, immaculate and extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. Even though the house is situated about 15 minutes from where we needed to be each day, we were prepared travel multiple times a day rather than stay somewhere closer. We loved coming 'home' each day to our warm and cosy little sanctuary! Thank you Jordan for another awesome stay! Hopefully we will be back one day in the future.

This was our first AirBnB experience and we were so happy with the outcome. Our hosts Kirstyn & Austin made checking in so easy and we’re so responsive to answering our questions and taking care of us during our stay. Their home was a perfect set up for 2 couples. We had plenty of room to spend family time together and room to have a little away time too. We loved playing pickleball at the nearby Racquet Club and their restaurant was our favorite lunch spot! There are lots of hiking paths and trails near this condo too. We didn’t use the pool because the temps weren’t that warm during our stay but it’s another amenity of this great AirBnB. Thanks Kirstyn & Austin for your warm hospitality! We’d love to come stay again in the future! The Christensons & Holmans

From the moment we stepped inside Rebecca's house, we could tell the amount of thought that was put into making the space comfortable! Rebecca had everything labeled, supplies to use, and helpful instructions! The furniture, both inside and out, was comfortable and the decorations were lovely! Rebecca was an excellent communicator and made the entire experience easy and pleasant!

The place was exactly as described. Very clean and has everything a home has. My family and I were very happy with our stay . Will definitely be staying there again. Thank you.
