Excellent stay, it had everything they offer, very private and safe, they have a guard all day, the house was spotless, very nice, highly recommended

Great place to stay for a long weekend, very closed to Sam’s Club convenient location for nearby local restaurants and private parking garage for your vehicle. Felt at home with my small family.

Yoshy was a GREAT host. He was available at all times as needed. We experienced a little hiccup and Yoshy did everything within his power to make things right. Yoshy went above and beyond. As we all know things can occur whenever and Yoshy handled our situation very well and professionally. Yoshy place is amazing and very clean makes you feel at home. Minutes away from the beach (walking distance). Mannys Beach House is right there. Very fun atmosphere. Some of us within our group were first timers to Rocky Point and they loved their experience. We will definitely be going back and if Yoshy’s place is available we will gladly stay there again. Thank you very much Yoshy for being such a GREAT host! 🤗

Gorgeous place! The pictures don’t do it justice. Ample space in every room. We loved every inch of it. The kitchen was well equipped for the meals we prepared. More amenities than expected, a/c everywhere including the elevators, beautiful and comfortable rooms and bathrooms, convenient trash disposal, covered parking, huge terrace and both bedrooms have ocean views! Best experience so far in PP.

Chuck and his staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The space is beautiful and modern. The beach is sandy and beautiful. Had a wonderful experience.

Very good place to spend a few days as a family , it has everything you need , as if you were at home It is located in the frené of the sea with a beautiful view and above all relaxing for me and family. We loved it and the children really like the pool

We loved the condo. Very spacious inside and comfortable beds. Close walk to the beach. Loved watching the sunsets on the roof deck. I definitely recommend this place. We will be booking again for our next trip to Puerto Peñasco.

I loved the place and will return need to make sure I print the paper required to hand to the guards Claudia was very helpful with this problem and printed it for us and brought it to the guards. Other than that little hiccup we had an amazing stay and cant wait to go back

Great place. Blocks from the beach and Manny’s. Hot tub was being repaired when we visited though. Would have been nice. The roof top views are spectacular and private. Nice location and would come back.

We stayed at the beautiful Villa in Rocky Point and instantly fell in love with it!! Security guards constantly walking around made us feel safe. Covered parking spaces for 2 cars!! Private quiet patios to the Sea of Cortez. Small walk to Sandy beach but not bad at all. Definitely worth the walk for the more private area at the villa. The fitness center and the pool/hot tub were added bonuses for us. I could go on and on about the amazing decor at the villa and immediate warm feeling upon entering. The host , James was awesome and friendly. Messages were quickly responded to. We enjoyed being able to walk to many close by restaurants, bars, pharmacies and etc. This was our family’s first time NOT staying at the resorts in RP and we are already planning another trip back to the Villa!!!

Islas Del Mar is a beautiful location just 15 minutes from Rocky Point and all the tourist hot spots. We went during a quiet time of year so only had a few neighbors during our stay which made it even more peaceful than it already is. The townhouse was spotless and had everything we needed from pots and pans to extra towels and bed sheets. The only downside was that the jacuzzi was not in working condition so we couldn’t use it which was a big bummer since the pool is not heated and the water was too cold for swimming. We will definitely be coming back!

Karina was very responsive and attentive. She was very sweet and made me feel right at home.

Jeff was very friendly and responsive. His place was very nice, clean and we felt right at home. We did have to walk a little to get to the ocean but that was no issue for us. Everything was very beautiful and peaceful. 10/10 would definitely recommend to everyone!

Overall a great place to stay. Private and clean. I was using crutches so the single level, driveway right infront of the front door and no steps was perfect. Some things that were not to big of a deal for me but might be for others is the hot water runs out quick, and the bottom bed on the bunk bed was a little weird. The top bunk needs to be higher up. You are not able to sit up at all if you are on the bottom bunk.
