Holiday rentals with a patio in La Flèche

Thanks to Anaëlle and her dad for hosting us. We had a great time for Le Mans 24 hours in the apartment which was comfortable and well equipped. Close to the Plantagenet city, shops and tram and close to the restaurant L 'épicerie du pré where you will be welcomed. We recommend this apartment. Nicole and Philippe

Great stay. The accommodation is as described, close to the center, clean, with a parking space. The Super U nearby is a plus. Jacques is a welcoming and responsive host. Would definitely stay again again for a future stay in Le Mans.

Great place for central Le Mans, easy walking or tram to get about.

We had a great time with Christophe's family at Christophe's on the occasion of Le Mans Classic! There is really everything on site and the house and outdoors are great! We'll be happy to go back next year.

I would recommend this property on the outskirts of Angers. Quiet and beautiful view, small nice terrace that I did not had time to enjoy.

The we was short but we had the time to enjoy the spa, great plus of the house. Philippe welcomed us, which is nice even if the presence of a key box remains essential.

We had a great time at Aurélie and Vincent's place, where we immediately felt very comfortable. The house is really very nice with its bright living room and two gardens with sofa perfect for aperitifs and garden table. It has everything you need, toys and amenities available for children. It is also very well located in a peaceful area (no noise at night) and less than 10 minutes by car full of activities: the city center and its castle, Terra Botanica, the Aquavita pool, the lake of Maine (swimming, entertainment), the island of Saint-Aubin and its guinguette... We will really enjoy coming back and we highly recommend this accommodation!!!! Thank you Aurélie and Vincent (and the children and the cat for patiently bearing the many caresses of my sons).

We spent 3 very pleasant nights with family in this house. The space was clean, well maintained and pleasant to live in, with a great layout. It is also conveniently located, with shops nearby, which made our stay even more convenient. The host was responsive and very welcoming. Only small point of improvement: a heating in the bathrooms would have been a real plus, especially in the winter. But overall it was a great experience and would definitely recommend this place!
