The house has 2 bedrooms, living room with wood burning stove, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and bath. Terrace, large garden. Linens provided. The towels are extra: €3 per person.

Bagatelle, with its large cabin, allows you to come and stay on the last wild river of Europe at any time of the year. At the boat or stall, you will enjoy exceptional views of the Loire and Thoureil, sites listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site. The boat is eco-responsible: solar panels, filtered and sterilized river water, wood stove, dry toilet... You will experience energy autonomy in an idyllic setting. Living the river is an art!

Bright house, city center, Sarthe edge.

My home is close to all sites and amenities making it easy to plan your visit. The historic center (Plantagenêt city and cathedral) and the pedestrian shopping streets are within walking distance such as the best restaurants, theatres and cinemas. Tram 1 stops and many buses are close by. During the 24 hours of Le Mans, you can come and rest easily quietly, and possibly enjoy the concerts on Île aux Planches located around the corner.

Charming house, a balcony on the Loire.

A veritable garden on the river, our house offers unobstructed views of the Loire and its beaches. It has a very large central room with open kitchen and fireplace and two bedrooms. In summer only (June,July, August, September) we offer an additional room with 4 single beds in the garden floor of the house (independent access, not suitable for children under 8 years). The house is a peaceful, friendly and comfortable place to stay.

the gite de la boutraie

Very nice, beautifully restored farmhouse between Tours, Le Mans. Gite de la Boutraie. Classified as furnished tourist accommodation. Large, outdoor spaces are available to you. There is a swing with a slide and a foosball table. Ideally located, come and discover the different Châteaux of the Loire nearby. 45 minutes from the cottage is also the Zoo de la Flèche.
