Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle

Really enjoyed our stay at Kathy’s place. After just a few nights, we liked it so much that we were lucky enough to extend our stay. Would definitely rent the upstairs in future to have friends or family come along with us. Can’t emphasize enough how great it was to have air conditioning and hot water on demand. We also used the washer and dryer more than expected, so that was great too! And always appreciate the little touches, like beach towels and a few puzzles :) It’s nice to have kitchen basics and a little bit of patio furniture, as the outdoor space is really nice to spend the afternoon relaxing. Thanks for having us Kathy, we hope to return!

We had a great week staying at Casa Tortuga--a beautiful 3 bedroom house with a lovely backyard garden and pool. It is in a quiet part of town, especially the 2 bedrooms facing towards garden, and situated in a local neighborhood just a 4-minute walk to the main street and 7 minutes to the main plaza of Sayulita. We were very happy with our time here, and our hosts were responsive with questions we had during the stay. I would recommend this casa as a great value and nice option away from the business of the central area and beach front.

The house is very clean, as shown in the photographs. Not receiving a person did not deliver the house, he even left us his phone in case we needed anything. The house is very nice, located close to the Restaurant, hotels, beaches and the same downtown Vallarta The bedrooms and bathrooms, very clean and very spacious. I definitely highly recommend the place.

We loved staying at Homero’s home. It is beautifully designed and decorated. It is well stocked with nice linens. The location is perfect… Just outside of the main part of town which can be very noisy at night but easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Homero was very kind and responsive and even helped us secure a golf cart. The pool is lovely as well. The home has everything you need to have a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Exactly as the pictures were but ended up even better than expected. Hosts were amazing and didn’t really see them.

This was a truly enchanting place to call home for 10 days. The private courtyard and pool made for an idyllic and relaxing retreat. Our 7-year old delighted in splashing around and cooling off in the refreshing water. Not only does the casita embody the romanticism of traditional Spanish architecture, but it is located only a few blocks from an authentic Parisian bakery, Casa Tropical (restaurant with live music most nights), a gorgeous beach, and the lively town square. We were lucky to have timed our visit to engage with the Dia de los Muertos festivities and release some baby Olive Ridley sea turtles during our visit. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

This home is in a gated community of 7 homes. It felt very safe, and the neighbours were friendly. It is a bit of a walk to get to restaurants and the beach (10 to 15 minutes to the beach) but as a result seems much quieter than if you were closer in. There were good restaurant suggestions in the welcome book (but the book is a bit old with some info and could use some updates), and there was a couple in the community (Paige and Kaleb) that assist with any issues and were very helpful with information on things to do, cab costs, beach spots, walks, etc....Thanks Paige and Kaleb!! Brandi, the host, sent us some welcome info on a couple of local events (the Tuesday market, a turtle release, etc) without any prompting from us, so that was a nice touch. The Casa is big, clean, and a lovely spot to relax on your vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, even with some spices and condiments, there was a big jar of complimentary coffee! We would gladly stay here again.

I stayed at Casa Coco for two weeks, and it was a lovely experience. Oquitzin is a wonderful host, he provided timely communication and accommodated my unexpected travel delays with no issues. Oquitzin also provided several recommendations for local restaurants, and beaches. The Airbnb is the main floor of a two story home, it is very clean and as represented. It is in a residential area, so the noise is limited to regular neighbourhood sound, there is a school close by and there was a bit of construction down the block, but nothing that was ongoing, intrusive or loud. The suite, is a wonderful mix of of indoor and outdoor space. The outdoor space is magical and was one of the highlights of my stay, it is fully fenced, so there is no issue with privacy. You can sit outside and enjoy a coffee, read or just soak up the sun and enjoy the birds. It feels like a secret garden and your own small piece of paradise. I would rebook in a moment. Highly Recommend

We really appreciated our stay in this appartment. The outdoor kitchen and patio was very lovely and calm, perfect to read and cook with a charming view and the sound of the wildlife around us (lots of birds and salamander), with the possibility of being under the sun but also under the shade. Pretty peacefull but also close from the busy area enough so that its easy to go (10 min walk). There is a lot of privacy. No need to go far for food, there is convenience and fruits store on the nearest street. Honestly the best place to stay i experienced in my mexico trip, I would 100% go back if i came back to sayulita. We really appreciated the presence of Juan and Cristian who were always there when we needed and gave us good directions/advice for beaches, hikes and food, and were very nice and helpful with everything. Thank you so much!

Great place to stay in Versalles. Right in the heart of the city and just a short walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach. Manuel was responsive and helpful!

My new favorite place to stay in PV. The unit is beautiful and clean. The building is my gorgeous. The rooftop is breathtaking but pool is not heated so too cold to swim in.

The space was clean and offered the necessary ammetidies. The neighborhood was welcoming and lively (local baseball, basketball, skate park, outdoor gym). If you're a light sleeper I would recommend ear plugs because the dogs are working the night shift. The location is about a 35min walk to the zona romantica and a 20 min walk downtown. I would recommend the playa mismaloya. Great little community, really cool river running through the village and really kind people (20 min bus). I would definitely stay here again. the team was responsive and chill

We stayed 2 nights. This place is great for a short stay. Walkable from the sea and away from the wildest part of town. We appreciated he a/c and ceiling fans and were glad there was coffee available for our mornings. Communication was excellent when we had hot water issues in the shower. I expect this was addressed right away as everything else worked perfectly. There are steep steps to the apartments. It is a can be bit loud in the neighborhood with traffic and music and there is no way to shut windows tight and block the noise. There was a big family party in the street the Saturday night we stayed but Sunday night was much quieter. We would have liked to have more blankets and towels. Overall we felt this was a very good place to stay in PV.

Tanya was awesome and very responsive to all our questions. The place was exactly as described and very clean. It felt like home right away. We loved sitting on the deck and watching the sunset and the ocean. We were even lucky enough to see some humpback whales and a turtle laying her eggs on the beach! Highly recommend this unit and Tanya. We will be back for sure.

Alvaro's place was a fantastic space to spend with friends. The views and facilities including the rooftop pool was really spectacular.

We had an amazing stay at Todd's place! Everything was exactly as advertised. The rooftop pool was a highlight—we used it every day and barely felt the need to hit the beach. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of a walkable area filled with fantastic restaurants and galleries. Despite being on the second floor and surrounded by the buzz of 24/7 parties, the condo was impressively quiet and peaceful. We loved every minute and would absolutely stay here again!

Excellent stay in Zona Romántica! The place is spacious, bed is comfortable, building is secure, and the staff is wonderful. The shared rooftop space was also very nice and well equipped. They offered coffee (very good!), fruit, and pastries on the rooftop every morning for free. Good music during the day. The condo is about a 10 minute walk to the beach, 5-8 minutes walking from most of the places we ate at and also accessible to get ubers. They usually took 10-15 minutes to arrive, for morning trips we scheduled them in advance. It’s about 15 minutes without traffic to the center of puerto vallarta as well! We had a great stay here and would definitely recommend it!

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!

This was our second year staying at Alexander's condo. It was another great stay and we have already booked for next year. Alamar is a lovely complex and we love the infinity pool 100 steps outside our door, and the beach resort is also clean and amazing. Alexander was extremely responsive in his communications with us before and during our stay. The view from his condo is simply gorgeous. We could easily watch whales, dolphins and birds from our patio balcony - bring binoculars! Thanks again Alexander for sharing your beautiful condo, and we can't wait to come back next year!

Rico and Kerry's place was fantastic and we would definitely return. Close to the beach with great views from their balcony. We like to cook and their kitchen is well stocked and organized. Water filtration system was great - No need to buy water or ice. Comfy king sized bed in a dark quiet room. Friendly and helpful building staff and local host. The mini-super nearby has everything we needed for our short stay - including a deli with beans, rice and guacamole to go. Hosts were communicative and provided tips for the area.
