Holiday rentals with beach access in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle

The apartment itself is really nice and clean. All new furnishing well placed to maximize the square footage. The pools and the rest of the property is still being worked on because it's all new, but there are workers maintaining common areas keeping everything beautiful. The beach is pretty close, and the beach chairs and umbrella are a really nice touch - I'd have been burned to a crisp without it. There is a really nice french bakery down the street, and two decently stocked corner store style places. There aren't resturants in walking distance that we found, but an Uber into Bucerias is pretty inexpensive, and we found most places were able to delivery meals economically. There's security at the front gate that's really friendly and helpful to make sure you know where you're going.

Great place to stay. I would say that it’s more geared towards couples rather than families as it’s located next to a large club. The beach was nice and the hotel staff were very friendly. We did have two nights where music was playing extremely loud. This was not the hotels fault but something to be aware of. It was very walkable but far enough out of the city to be a little more peaceful. The only other part that got annoying was there are a lot of guys that try to sell you drugs constantly outside of the hotel property which got a little annoying. Overall confortable place to stay. Just a few things to be aware of.

Super nice place and apartment very comfortable and with everything you need to be quiet. Bad pools very cold, and the only heated much baby and child that did not make the stay comfortable for the adults, I recommend specifying that. Rich food and good price, very nice beach

A very nice place and a very clean

The apartment is very quiet with mountain views. It is well appointed, modern, clean and comfortable. As the balcony is located on the hillside it is less exposed to the sun. That's why we've been able to enjoy it more. Everything we needed for our stay was available. We found the availability in the apartment of a washer/dryer very convenient. When we arrived, the host had provided us with a 20-liter container of drinking water. The only drawback is the mini-fridge located under the counter. It's inconvenient for a longer stay. However, the host informed me that he was preparing a kitchen redevelopment project to replace the mini fridge with a larger and more conventional refrigerator. The complex is located very close to the sea 2 steps from a beautiful beach and very close to the center of a peaceful and safe village as well as a superb marina.

Absolutely stunning and comfortable house in Corral Del Risco! It had everything we needed for a gorgeous week off from winter up in Canada. Can’t wait to return!

My family of 5 stayed in Enrique's beautiful condo. It was my husband, 10 yr old daughter, and 8 and 3 yr old son. We enjoyed having the full kitchen, three bathrooms and bedrooms, and living room and balcony. The condo was just as beautiful as the pictures. Natcho and Guillermina met us the first day, showed us how everything worked, and showed us around the property. We enjoyed the beach and the warm pool. We were there during spring break, but there wasn't any crowding at all. Temperatures were relatively low, around 70, so we did not need to use the A/C; we opened the balcony doors. Within walking distance is a 24-hour convenience store called OXXO, a pharmacy, and a restaurant. We used Uber to go to the grocery store (20 minutes away), and downtown and restaurants only took about 15 min. I recommend messaging Enrique before your departure to get additional information on the condo's location and pictures so you know where the apartment is.

Ismael's house is spectacular and has everything you need to enjoy it, we were as a family and we enjoyed it a lot, a thousand thanks for the welcome kit and for all the attentions and recommendations for us to have a great time, the house is definitely super recommended, it is beautiful and with all the amenities described and close to a very nice beach, Ismael was always on the lookout for us to make us feel at home. Thank you very much. Highly recommended

Rosie was an excellent host - extremely responsive and great communication. We loved our week here - it checked all the boxes for what we wanted for our trip. We hope to stay here again in the future if the new owner chooses to rent it out - there don’t appear to be many comparable properties and found this to be really unique and special.

Rosario’s home is lovely. The location and views were simply stunning. The house was clean and had everything needed to enjoy a peaceful stay. The pool was amazing. Perfect temperature and size. The views and the sound of the waves at night gave you the feel of a resort. Rosario was very kind and helpful during our stay and her staff was also wonderful. I highly recommend Rosario’s home.

We had an amazing stay at Palapita Evelyne! The location can’t be beat and we will definitely be staying here next time we are in Sayulita. The property manager Maria was top notch, she checked in a few times to make sure we had everything we needed and even helped us book a taxi back to the airport. Other reviews have stated there is construction noise that was disruptive but we didn’t notice any during our stay.

Thank you! We had a great stay in Sayulita! This villa was perfect for two families of 5 with kids. The views from the rooms were great, overlooking the ocean. There is direct access from the property to the beach which was a pretty amazing convenience! I believe the pool is shared between a couple other units, however, we had it primarily to ourselves. The house is very easily walkable to and from the main square and beaches of downtown Sayulita, although we did pick up golf carts for our stay to more easily shuttle the younger kids around. And there was plenty of secure, gated parking space and outlets to store and charge the carts. Melissa, our host was great. Very quick and responsive and able to resolve all questions asked. Thank you! She is able to assist with setting up many outside activities for your group. We had a private dinner for our group with several fresh options to choose from. Thanks so much, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning to Sayulita!

Great location, walkable everywhere. Restaurants right across the road, El Jackos was very good. Also a ice cream store also. Luis was very quick with communicating when I had a question. Nice to have lots of condiments at the condo, hot sauce, sugar, coffee, etc. Also didn't have to buy water, there was 2 big water jugs and one smaller one available. Sealed food containers and cloth grocery bags were great for left overs and grocery shopping. The beach chairs and 2 umbrellas came in handy for shade on the beach. We had a golf cart but didn't need it. Everything was so close. We would definitely stay there again.

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

The house was wonderful! The ocean view was stunning. Absolutely loved having morning coffee on the patio and watching the sunset in the evening. It was so relaxing. The house was spacious, comfortable and fully equipped with everything we needed. The beds are definitely on the firm side and the front bedroom does get a little chilly this time of year. Also, I would recommend bringing an eye mask if you like to sleep in a dark room. Hard to black out a room with so many wonderful windows. Both Christina and Brenda were extremely responsive and helpful anytime I reached out.

Jill’s condo is just fabulous! Everything you think you might need is there. Her condo is quiet (it sets back from a lot of busy streets), yet walkable to the beach (about 7 minute walk), wonderful restaurants, Lázaro Cárdenas park, great farmacias, etc… It’s just incredible! Jill is the best host you could ever find! From sending instructions and videos on how to get into the building and get the condo keys, being incredibly responsive, making sure you have all you need in the condo, helping with information for whatever questions arise, and providing a place that makes you feel alive, has amazing sunsets, and makes you feel right at home! She and her condo are the best, and we stay there every year!!

The location is slightly north of the the main town, but its a lovey stroll down the road or beach! There is some noise from the highway and construction fairly close but we didn't find it unreasonably loud.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo has a great view from both bedrooms. Very clean with some newer appliances. Comfortable furniture inside and on the deck. The pools are super nice. The pool bar/restaurant has great food and drink. The beach is great for walking. The staff are very helpful, patient, and kind. There is a couple putting greens and the gym is well kept with good options for working out.

The whole stay was phenomenal. The property is beautiful. Pools, restaurant, beach, location, everything couldn’t have been better. We travelled with 2 other couples who had different condos in the same tower, ours was by far the best. The balcony is so large and about 3x’s the size of what our friends had. And our host… was the most responsive out of all of us. Great vacation, great property, great experience!

Alain's property was absolutely perfect for a quiet, relaxing stay in Puerto Vallarta. The suite was the perfect size for two couples and very comfortable. The rest of the complex is stunning. There is a large, lower pool area just above the ocean with a 30 m pool for anyone who would like to swim laps as well as a rooftop pool area which had stunning views and a beautiful pool. As one other review mentioned, the listing does not mention the incredible food available on site. You can order for room service or eat at the restaurant. We ate there quite frequently as the food was excellent and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. That being said the property is on the edge of the Zone Romantica which is easily reachable via the beach or a short Uber ride. We had excellent meals at both Bonita Kitchen and La Palapa which were recommended by the host. Alain was very helpful and responsive. We briefly lost hot water and the problem was fixed within 3-4 hours.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this Kevin's airbnb – it’s the best place to stay! I've had the pleasure of returning several times and the unit itself is absolutely beautiful – modern, clean, and with all the comforts you could want. The views from the balcony are stunning. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes out of their way to make sure our stay is great - whether it's offering local recommendations or providing quick assistance with anything. The location and building are unbeatable as well. The multiple pools and restaurant/bars are so nice to have on property, and it is just a short drive from Zona Romantica, so its peaceful, quiet, and relaxing. The rooftop pool has impeccable views. You won't regret staying here!

Peter and Raquel were incredibly responsive and helpful. The unit was even better than the photos and the property was gorgeous. The unit was squeaky clean as were the common areas and pools. I would not hesitate to return!

We truly enjoyed our stay here. The views were amazing! The place was clean, super comfortable king size bed and well stocked kitchen. It was walking distance to the local grocery store and safe to walk. Love that we had access to the beach as well. Host was very responsive. We would stay here again.
