Holiday rentals with a patio in La Barceloneta, Ciutat Vella

We absolutely loved this stay! It was in a perfect location and we could get around very easily. Manuel was nice enough to let us store our luggage before check in. The home was very clean and spacious. I would definitely recommend this home!

We were welcomed by them and time was taken to leave everything in the Airb&b see. The apartment feels spacious and it was super clean. Everything is fairly new and you can see that. The beds are nice, the bathroom and kitchen are new and very neat. The balcony is spacious and a nice indoor place. The location of the apartment is also top, very close to many restaurants of L’Hospitalet and a small shopping center with supermarket a 5-minute walk away. Furthermore, it is super close to Barcelona city so you are with an uber where you want to be. Jose is a very friendly, tidy host and responds quickly. I don't normally have it soon, but I would love to come back here again!

For me, this flat is exactly what AirBNB is supposed to be about - an incredibly unique experience delivered by a personal host. So much of AirBNB stock is now operated by corporate property managers that force you to do a lot of things off platform. Not this place. From the minute we arrived, Tim made us feel right at home by greeting us and showing us around the place. Throughout our stay, he did everything he could to make us feel comfortable and at home (thanks for the extra firewood!). This has to be one of the most unique places you could possibly stay in Barcelona - right in the heart of the heart of it. I will say that this is located in a very busy area and there definitely is a little noise at night but we weren't bothered by it. The place is funky and quirky and incredibly cozy with the fire place and amazing rooftop views. One of my favorite places I've ever stayed and a lifetime memory for our family. Thank you!

The place was very clean and tastefully decorated. Jordan is very nice and always responded very quickly and constructively to messages and was always easily accessible. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Close to shops such as Carrefour and Mercadona. The proximity to Barceloba is positive. In Terrassa itself, there is not much going on.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood walkable to Sagrada Família, Casa Batlló, and Casa Padrera. Many great restaurants nearby and plenty of markets to grab groceries. Easy location to grab taxis if needed. Apartment is large and clean and a wonderful home away from home. The property management is on first floor and also very responsive via AirBNB app, very convenient. Love this neighborhood, apartment, and management, would definitely stay here again!

Excellent treatment and facilities at all times. The house has all kinds of details. The terrace is magnificent, although not to be late because it disturbs the neighbors.

We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place. We traveled with our family and our dog, who had plenty of space to run around in the beautiful garden. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had a small issue with the electricity, but the hosts were quick to respond and resolve it. They were kind and attentive throughout our stay. For those traveling to Barcelona with family, this is a great option.

Very cozy and private place to stay for 2-3 people. We personally enjoyed the sauna and homelike feeling of the place.

Quiet neighbourhood, easy to find and good communications from the host

Xavi, Maria are wonderful people with a lovely home just outside of Barcelona. The communication with Xavi was very pleasant and he always responded within a very short time (couple of minutes, even in the evenings). The location of the house is ideal for visiting Barcelona or the surroundings outside of Barcelona. The house itself is absolutely beautiful, everything that you can think of is there (gym, football table, multiple bathrooms, beautiful bedrooms) and totally matches the photos. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would definitely recommend this place.

The Airbnb looks exactly like the picture. The front door was the only issue we had on how to open it and lock it since it’s a weird mechanism, but overall all four of us liked it.

This place has an unbelievable deck with a 180 degree view of the Barcelona skyline. Waking up to that view every day was spectacular! The night view of La Sagrada Familia will take your breathe away. The place is small, but very well renovated and appointed. The main bedroom also has stunning views of the city and mountains behind the property. The automated black out shades and noise proof windows make it a wonderful dark cave for a lovely siesta. The place is 8 stories up, so the lift is essential. It was down for maintenance one afternoon, but available the rest of the time. It's a tiny lift, that can really only take two people, but it is a life saver. If you can't do steps, then that would be a risk. But Barcelona has many steps, so get your butt in shape before coming! We would definitely come back to this property. Martin and his friend Martin were great!

Awesome place! It has everything 2 people would need, not to mention it's 1 minute away from Sagrada Familia, and you have a view of it from the balcony. We enjoyed the proximity to the metro station as well. The hosts are great, accommodating an almost 12 AM check in because our flight was delayed. Thank you so much! We appreciate your responsiveness! We highly recommend this place.

Jesus's place was lovely. Clean and tidy in a fantastic area, right opposite the train station, which made venturing into Barcelona simple. Lots of bars, restaurants and shops really close by. Bed was really comfortable and kitchen had everything you needed. Made for a perfect stay.

Raul and Marta were excellent hosts. They were very responsive and welcoming and even provided us with some snacks as part of the stay. The location was very quiet but not too far from restaurants, attractions or the metro. The bathroom was small, however the apartment overall was very comfortable and we enjoyed the privacy of separate bedrooms.

The accommodation, including the pool are perfect. The only downside is that it is somewhat away from supermarkets, restaurants or beach to walk, but by car you can reach it in 5-10’

Pretty, newly renovated basement apartment! Very friendly host. We had some delays at the airport, but it was no problem that we arrived later than what was first agreed:) Very good description to find your way, very nice and quiet area to stay and close to La Poma Bikepark which was the goal for our trip:) Perfect with parking close to the front door with room for a big car:) Maria and Bo met us when we arrived and showed us around the apartment;) They had also sent us tips for trips we could take in the local area as well as tips for restaurants and bakery. Summary,: really a place we recommend!
