Holiday houses in La Barceloneta, Ciutat Vella

Ana was fantastic. It took us way longer to than planned to get through customs, get our rental car and get to the Airbnb. Ana waited for us to arrive which was an hour and a half after the planned time of our arrival. Ana provided us with a tour of the apartment, where to find everything we may need for our stay. Ana also give us a list of local restaurants to try, explained public transportation and showed us where some of the larger grocery stores were. A week before we went on our vacation Ana gave us a heads up on some things we may want to check out and advise we purchased tickets in advance to make sure we could see the things we wanted to see. We really had a wonderful time and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you Ana for making us feel at home while on vacation. Well, well this house was exactly as the pictures if not better. The neighbourhood is quiet and calm and the Seaview during our breakfast was simply breathtaking we longed for our late breakfast moments. We could easily walk to the train station and this made everything and everywhere very accessible. even on New years early morning when we came home from the fireworks at Plaza Espanya, the bus dropped us so close to the house and we enjoyed the new years walk to the house. Its a great place for families and or groups to stay. We would be back.

Very nice apartment in a very nice building in a good location. Near metro and amenities. Good to know, the city tax of 6€25 per day per person is not included in the airbnb fee. We were notified 3 days before our arrival that it was necessary to provide the tourist tax in cash.

we loved our little weekend there. lovely flat, matching the picture and description, cute decorations. location is good with transport nearby. really friendly and responsive host. we recommend the place

Alberto is an attentive and helpful host! The apartment is beautiful, beautiful view. Very nice residential area. You need the car to be able to move around to do the shopping and go to the sea, parking is always available under the house. It was very nice to be hosted in this apartment.

Had a great week. Everything as described. Would come back again.

We have a wonderful stays here, the location is perfect. Ms. Sandra even come down personally to greet us and show us to the unit. The place felt like we were at home, so convenient and comfortable. The only downside was the shower area was a bit small especially the master bedroom but everything else was absolutely perfect.

Guikkermo’s place is our new favourite in Barcelona. Wonderful spacious and private apartment in a great location, close to great restaurants, bars and beaches. Highly recommended & very responsive host.
