The very clean, comfortable and pleasant dpto... just the apartment is in an excellent location between Mall del Sol, airport and a hospital. Juanfer is a friendly and always available person. The only negative point was that when checking in I had to wait 1 hour for bad communication between Juanfer and the cleaning one, and I was tired of the trip and just wanted to bathe and sleep, but everything was clarified after apologizing and allowed me to stay up to 1 hour more at check out. I count only my experience but the rest was 10/10, I would return to your apartment once again.

As, always, we found the house, clean and comfortable. We felt safe and comfortable. Most importantly to us, the host was really helpful and eager to help us with anything we needed, wanting our stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for the great place to stay. Its exactly what we needed.

The accommodation on David's property was very good, very comfortable, the urbanization is very quiet, very safe, perfect for rest, it is a few minutes from shopping centers and the place we were going to be, everything was perfect!!!!

I liked the place. , very comfortable, clean, has everything you need, a spectacular kitchen, which I liked the most because there were all the implements, the very kind host was always attentive to us, on another occasion I would stay in this villa again.

Will definitely stay here again. Huge space and super clean and modern. There’s a guard outside at all times.

Jorge's apartament was great. It's located in one of the safest places in Guayaquil. That was the number one thing for me. It was very clean and it has all the necesary things to cook there. I made breakfast everyday. The apartament is clean and I didn't see any bugs. There are awesome options of restaurants in the community but there is also great options outside the community. Jorge was always available if I had any questions. We will definitely come back here in the future. I highly recommend it.
