Ricardo’s place was beautiful and new. I came to Guayaquil to get my gastric bypass surgery done and Ricardo’s home had everything I need to recovery safely and peacefully!

El departamento de Maria Elba es super lindo con un balcón enorme, tiene buena seguridad, y está en un zona turística con muchos restaurantes. Es la mejor zona para quedarse si estás visitando Guayaquil.

El dpto muy limpio, cómodo y agradable … justo el departamento está en una excelente ubicación entre Mall del Sol, aeropuerto y un hospital. Juanfer es una persona amable y siempre a disposición. El único punto negativo fue que al hacer check in tuve que esperar 1 hora por mala comunicación entre Juanfer y el de la limpieza, y yo estaba cansado del viaje y solo quería bañarme acostarme y dormir, pero todo fue esclarecido después se disculpó y me permitió quedarme hasta 1 hora más en el momento de check out. Cuento solo mi experiencia pero lo demás fue 10/10, volvería una vez más a su depto.

I highly recommend this beautiful two story house in Guayaquil. It’s in a safe neighborhood with a gated entrance which was important for the Americans in our family. The house is very pretty on the outside and spacious and clean on the inside. We were a group of eleven people so it was nice having five full bathrooms and a half bath to share alongside the four large bedrooms. The house had plenty of toiletries and towels available for us to use. There was also ample parking for our large sprinter van. Most importantly, the host was highly attentive and always available to respond to questions and concerns. We selected this Airbnb after the displeasing experience we had at the Hilton Colón hotel nearby. This Airbnb is much cleaner, more convenient, and has better water pressure in the shower than the hotel. This was the true luxury experience our American relatives were looking for. Thank you again to the host for this wonderful experience and we look forward to coming back soon.

El hospedaje en la propiedad de David fue muy buena, muy cómodo, la urbanización muy tranquila, muy segura perfecta para descansar, está a pocos minutos de centros comerciales y del lugar donde íbamos a estar, todo perfecto!!!!

This was a beautiful house to stay in for my time in Guayaquil. Everything was clean and comfortable and relaxing. The location is ideal as well if you're wanting to explore the city. And it's very safe as there's always a security guard nearby. Communication with Mariuxi was easy and clear. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Guayaquil.

Juan的房子非常棒，可以说是完美。 地理位置优越，楼下有餐厅和便利店🍴，我可以在楼下买早餐和生活用品。附近很安全，楼下的保安也非常友好负责。 Juan房子干净整洁，有个女孩Diana每周会来打扫两次卫生，真的太棒了，为我节省了很多时间。露台很大，晚上的落日🌄非常美丽，楼下有公共的免费泳池🏊‍♂️和健身房🏋️，我太喜欢这个房子了，住在这里是一种享受！ Juan是个非常热心真诚的房东，回复消息非常快，而且积极主动地去解决问题，我在瓜亚基尔的几个月一直在续约Juan的房子。以后我来瓜亚基尔，希望能再次租到这个房子❤️
