5 stars!!! The most amazing apartment in the center of sol, it is close to everything and the apartment itself is beautiful and very clean and well kept. 2bedrooms and a bathroom, and a great living room and kitchen space. We enjoyed every second here!!!

Excellent host we loved the apartment location since it was close to shops, restaurants and historic monuments. On the same street you can find two coffee shops. We rented an electric vehicle and it’s easy to park since on the streets they don’t charge for parking. We stayed a week and they came to change our bed sheets. The communication with our host was prompt, polite and accessible. We love this place and are excited to come back in the future.

We loved the apartment, everything great and including its plaza de parquin, and the area is quite good, with supermecados, and also the entrance to the parking lot with elevator you can't ask you anymore I'm delighted with the apartment, the only thing is that it would have to be a little more economical.

Delighted with the treatment received by Vicente and his wife, they are charming. The house as described and very clean and tidy , we would certainly repeat again, highly recommended.

The communication with the owner was swift and good, the place looks exactly like the photos and is very clean. Location is also good and you have stores and supermarkets very nearby. Recommend this place for sure🙏

The apartment was in excellent condition, very cozy, quiet, comfortable, and above all very clean. The aerial is very quiet with shopping center very close by, super market, transportation, all just a few meters away. We really felt right at home and it was a more than rewarding experience.

This apartment exceeded all our expectations again. The terrace is simply spectacular, perfect for enjoying the fresh air even in winter. The interior of the apartment was spotless: clean, beautifully decorated, and very cozy. The kitchen was fully equipped for preparing our meals, and the living room was perfect for relaxing with the family after a day of exploring. Plus, the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night’s sleep. The location was also ideal, close to everything we needed, yet in a quiet area where we could unwind. The host, Javier, was exceptional—always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed, making our stay even better. I highly recommend this place. This was our second time staying at this apartment and we’ll definitely be back!

I’m very happy to have stayed in Laura’s place. It was the best decision I could have made. The apartment is pristine clean, there is fast wifi and coffee machine, and the bed is soooo comfortable. It felt just like home! Checkin and checkout was smooth and flexible, and Laura even helped me with my super heavy luggages. Thank you very much! 🙏 I also got recommendations of places and restaurants, and help when I had any questions, like information about traveling to Toledo. I spent an amazing week in Madrid, and I hope to be back in the future, and for sure this will be my first option of accommodation! ☺️

A lovely industrial-style oasis near Retiro Park. The place was spotless when we arrived and a full kitchen to cook meals for our group. No cars honking, no loud tourists, just trees and relaxation — a rare find in Madrid!

Good place and really nice, easy going guys. Had no problems with communication and was always there if I needed any help. Good location, very close to lots of cafe's, bars, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, and transportation. Everything you need is pretty much within walking distance, not to mention, only takes about 10-15 minutes to get into the city center, depending on where you're going. Thank you Eleazar!
