Holiday rentals with a fireplace in La Alcarria

The house is located in a quiet town and surrounded by nature, it is very cozy and is great equipped. Thanks also to the attention and kindness of both Sergio and his mother, we had a great stay. Highly recommended!!

Simply wonderful everything: the casita, the owners, the cleanliness...everything! They gave us recommendations and even helped us reach an emergency veterinarian due to a problem that one of the dogs had. Awesome views. We'll be back for sure!!! Diego's Cuenca home was a wonderful place to stay while we were in Cuenca for a short visit. The host was very friendly and is a good communicator. It is a simple home and was very clean. While it is not super close to the historic parts of Cuenca we had our own car which we were able to park for free on the same street as the home. People without a car could grab a cheap taxi ride. The bedrooms were comfortable enough as were the furniture on the main floor. The amenities listed clearly show that the house does not have Wifi Internet. I had overlooked the lack of Internet but that is my fault since it is clearly stated. It does however have a certain number of cable tv stations. For us, having a clean home is the most important thing while staying at an AirBNB and Diego's place was very clean. And if we were staying in Cuenca again I would be happy to stay at Diego's home.

It was a great experience. The house has the charm of being wooden. It has enough space to park several cars inside the plot. It is well located to visit different points in the province of Cuenca. It is very clean and very well prepared for the stay to be pleasant. Asunción is very attentive to everything and the treatment has been great. Highly recommended this place.

We rented to the house for work, a shame that I could not take advantage of more quiet time, but the time I could be on site, I was great, it is a comfortable house, it has everything, super clean and warm in winter! I will definitely repeat if I need to be in the area.

The place was spectacular, the house and the comfort I had is that it's to repeat a thousand times! Thank you for taking a break and total disconnection these days. And the best part is that I could take my pet 🐕

The apartment is very clean and tidy, all the amenities that can be desired, I leave us details such as Juice, Milk, Sweet bread as we arrived late and we did not have space to go shopping and that is an extra!, we really liked the area, close to the bus stop that is free and takes you to most places. Angie was very attentive to wait for us and give us all the directions upon arrival. Excellent communication

Ivan and Isabel and their children are wonderful hosts. They have been attentive to us on an ongoing basis and our welcome in the house was exceptional. Very punctual, they had the huge detail to leave us a lot of cold drinks, multiple fruits and even ice cream for the little ones. They offered tips on what to do in the area and what to visit. In addition to giving us all kinds of facilities in the house, communication with Iván was perfect. Friendly and very, very friendly. The house was tidy, clean, and has everything you need and more. But the most incredible thing about this house is the atmosphere that you breathe in it. It conveys peace and serenity, probably, for the beautiful moments that different generations have lived in it. We have relaxed a lot, enjoying all the stays; especially the garden with its wonderful views and sunsets, the pool and the great living room. I'm sure we'll be back. It was a perfect relaxing week.

We have rented the accommodation between 15 friends and the experience could not have been better: pool, bbq, garden, huge living room away from the house to be able to dance, do board games, etc. while the rest could rest without problem. And Teba, the host, super available and willing to help us with everything. Perfect for a summer weekend and close to Madrid. We'll be back for sure.

The house is beautiful and is great for a family or a large group of friends, as all the rooms have a bathroom. All very clean and very nice. Ideal to rest and disconnect since it is in a village but not far from Madrid. The host is on the lookout for the cell phone and reports everything quite quickly. We really enjoyed it, we recommend it.

Gema was an amazing host, quick to respond to our questions. The house is exactly as they look in the pictures, clean nice and incredibly peaceful place to really relax. The pool is magical!

Good morning. 1. We had some initial issues of understanding to specific issues that we raised, although the subsequent reaction was excellent. Everything was fixed and it was a great stay. 2. Special attention of the owner (Iñigo) and the guardians (Angel and Said) of the estate who were at all times at our disposal. Very polite and caring treatment and huge predisposition. The estate is beautiful and the attention is excellent.
