Great thought and care has obviously gone into the renovation and fit out. The place is comfortable and well located, and catching the warm afternoon sun on the little belcony. Quality fixture and fittings and very fine linen. A great place to rest and explore Kyneton and the region. We loved it !

I had a wonderful stay at Kate’s charming rural cottage. The location is truly picturesque and so peaceful and private with wonderful views over the fields all the way to Mt Cobaw. The cottage itself is roomy and spacious with a high level of comfort. Clean new bathroom, comfortable bed with quality linens, comfy couches, large kitchen, good wifi, good air conditioning. Just a little gem all round, a genuine rural idyll but super close to Kyneton for anything you might need. It is the kind of Airbnb experience you hope for but rarely find. I can’t wait to come back again. 🙂

We had a great time in Kyneton. Maureen and Warwicks’s place had everything we needed. It was airy, lots of room for our little one to crawl and easy. It was quite hot when we stayed but the house stayed really cool - we didn’t even need to use the AC and daytime temps were 30ish. Nights were white fresh! The pool was super refreshing and a real joy. It was a really easy space and about 5 mins drive from town - great supermarkets, restaurants nearby were great (can recommend Kyneton Hotel and Piper St Wine Company) and did a great walk at the Blackhill Reserve. Only the kids bedroom at the front gets the highway noise at night - our 10 month old has a noise machine so no issues from us; sensitive sleepers might find it harder. A good base for exploring !
