I had an amazing experience staying at Apoorva’s place! From the moment I booked, communication was smooth and the host was incredibly responsive, providing helpful details about the property and local recommendations. Upon arrival, the space exceeded my expectations. It was exactly as described, if not better! The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

My family had a very comfortable stay and we're quite happy. The apartment has many amenities that you can avail and the best part is the location is very scenic. Kimaya was very responsive and prompt. Overall the stay was good.

Charan & Amisha were great host's, their property is stellar and the view from the villa is so serene. The villa was super clean, and the rooms were so spacious and comfortable. The host's left us a cute snack basket in each bedroom, which was a really nice gesture. They also provided us with Milk, water bottles, tea, coffee, salt, sugar etc.. Which made our stay even more comfortable. I totally recommend booking their villa for atleast 2 nights, the property is huge, there is a lot to do and explore around. Also their villa is inside a gated community of villas and there is a restaurant and club house inside which made it convenient for us to order our food. There's also a mini theatre inside the club house to watch a movie with friends. Great place.

beautiful place we really enjoyed....host was very responsive,kind and helpful. caretaker was also active and he helped us in whatever we needed. property was having a great pool table, beautiful paintings and beautiful view. I love to visit again and recommend to other people to.....🤩🥳

It was a great place for a staycation! Only thing was we were not allowed to cook in the kitchen despite having all the vessels and gas. But that was not a problem as we decided not to cook anything later. Rest all was perfectly fine and the swimming pool was the highlight and we enjoyed it so much.

My friends and I had a lovely time at this villa! It was as described. Even though the location was quite remote, Sharad was very responsive and gave helpful instructions. The caretaker, Dilip was lovely and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely visit again! Thank you 😄

We had a wonderful experience at the villa. No better place for a group of senior citizens, all college classmates, to meet with spouses and recall their good old college days. Beautifully maintained property with a touch of vintage look and feel. Host and caretaker made us feel completely at home and ensured that all our pre-checkin requests were taken care of. Overall a highly recommended place.

The place was beautiful and peaceful and maintained properly. It was same as shown in the pictures. Caretaker was helpful and host Saajan was also responding quickly. Overall great experience.

Subhash and Suvarna Mahale are lovely host. We had a nice chat with them and they are very warm and welcoming. Apartment is neat and clean. Only problem is there is no restaurant nearby however if you plan you lunch and dinner then Gold Valley is best property to stay at near Kolad. I would recommend this property to others and Mr. And Mrs. Mahale will ensure your stay is memorable☺️

A lovely & well presented good sized flat. The Location is absolutely brilliant. Everything you need for a short break or holiday is provided for you. We loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly to anyone wanting to have a good base while exploring beautiful......host was easy to contact and checked in on how we were doing in a very welcoming and friendly manner.
