We were there for the ski holiday and are completely satisfied =).

We felt very comfortable in Franz's place. Franz is very helpful and communication was always quite prompt and hassle-free. The apartment is a little spartan in terms of kitchen utensils, but everything is very clean and everything important is available. The house is nicely located in the village surrounded by a nice mountain panorama, nearby is directly a mountain stream. The garden can also be used and is nicely maintained. Please note that in the apartment, the bedroom on the first floor can be reached via an open spiral staircase. This means that there is no door between the kitchen and the bedroom - which was no problem for us. We would definitely recommend this place!

Beautiful spacious loft on the upper floor of a detached house. Apartment has a nice spacious kitchen and wonderful beds. Quiet area and a short 15 minute drive from SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser ski resort. We thought Itter was a nice base. Beautiful new gondola lift and free parking. With the Kufsteiner guest card, you can use the bus transport for free and, for example, visit the fortress of Kufstein for free. Good contact with Silvia, very friendly and welcoming and her cake was delicious!
