Monthly Rentals in Kumhausen

We had a great couple days over New Year's in Landshut. Fabian's place is perfectly located to quickly reach the center and still have a quiet place to return to. It's also easy and well connected to the main train station, you can even just walk, if the luggage is not too heavy. The apartment had everything you need for a few days to make yourself at home. The building block itself is quite old, but the apartment has been nicely done, so that even on sub-zero winter days it feels nicely cozy. Fabian is also a great host, very helpful with all we needed, and quickly replied to any of our requests. Overall, if you want to spend some days in Landshut, we happily recommend this place.

I stayed at the apartment for five weeks. Everything was great. Everything here and as described, super clean. Shops and bus stop, so to speak. Rolf is a super friendly host, and always easy to reach. Highly recommend.
