Thank you for hosting us. Also the property is very near to rock beach and the market area, so many restaurants are at walkable distance.

Very nice place with a constant yet pleasant noise of waves. The host and the manager were super helpful and hospitable. The overall vibe of Pondicherry is extremely different than the usual Tamilnadu metropolitan cities. The people are very flexible in communication and welcoming in nature. Totally recommended for a short tour.

This is a great place to stay in Pondicherry. It's close enough to everything that you can walk within 15 minutes or less. The apartment itself is also HUGE. Great value for the space you get. One thing I would mention, however, is that the amenities in the listing are misleading. Washing machine and dryer are listed as amenities, but there is no washer and dryer. When I asked about it, the host said I should go to a laundry down the street. (I think maybe he didn't realize what he was clicking on when he adjusted the amenities list.) The description also says there is a refrigerator, but there is none. But the host is very friendly and helpful, and the apartment is spacious and comfortable.

This place is cozy, budget-friendly, and a great choice for anyone looking for comfort without overspending. Rayih was incredibly helpful—she went above and beyond to assist my husband in decorating the space beautifully for my birthday.

Riyaville is a perfect stay for a family and fitness, everything was neat and tidy, the place was charming and beautiful. Very clean and you could make out just by the decor and the architecture of the place just how old it is! Loved it. Highly recommend!

I stayed here with my family - husband and both set of parents. There was something for everyone - temple for both the moms, beautiful sunrise and walkable beach for us, and proximity to the main MG road for food and everything else. The check in was easy and we were welcomed by 2 cats. The house is beautiful and cosy. Neighbors are friendly. They guided us on the parking space and their colourful kolams brightened our morning walks.

Great place with amazing austere look. Place is located about 10kms from white town, away from all the hustle and bustle. Marc is always a call away and Sughanthi akka is a life saver

The place was lovely with lots of open space and properly maintained grass lawn. The pool was clean. We would definitely visit here next time. Highly recommended to anyone who is seeking pleasure in a tranquil environment.

Had a wonderful stay at Rajesh and Vignesh’s place! The location is perfect—right next to the beach, with stunning sunrise views from the balcony. The rooms were big, spacious, and comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. Vignesh was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and even sharing some interesting history about Pondicherry, which added to the experience. White Town is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the charming streets, cafes, and heritage spots. Light sleepers might hear some street dogs at night, but that’s quite common across India unless you're in a resort. It didn’t take away from the experience at all. Overall, this stay was great value for money and truly captured the authentic vibe of Pondicherry. Would definitely stay here again!

One of the best places to stay in Pondicherry. All the famous places and lot of cafes are at a walkable distance. It felt like home and there was a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils needed for cooking. Vartika was always just a call away to help us with whatever we needed. Overall, I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to have a comfortable place to stay in Pondicherry.

Very attentive, proactive, responsive & welcoming hosts. They even allowed us to check in early which was a life saver! Clean spacious apartment with all listed facilities & ample bedrooms. WiFi very fast & reliable which was key for us as we worked remotely full time Mon-Fri. A caretaker is on hand all day so you'll feel very safe. In terms of location, be aware that you'll have to cross an insanely busy main road to get to a supermarket. Going on foot from the flat to the promenade/White Town area is technically possible (15' walk) but probably best avoided (you'll have to cross an impoverished part of town) - but you can get a rickshaw easily for about $2, so it's still a good deal vs staying in overpriced White Town locations.

They allowed early check in as they dont have any guest previous night, which was quite helpful as we reached by 9.

Varthika was a very responsive host and had a list of recommendations for restaurants and places to visit which was very helpful. The room itself was very clean and the location was also amazing since the stay is really close to most of the tourist spots. The check in and check out process was seamless and overall we enjoyed our stay here.

Thanks to all of you for being the wonderful and outstanding host. We felt more than home at your place. You guys are no way doing this as business. The way you all arranged everything for us was not absolutely expected. Getting a clean apartment with the basic amenities are normal. But thinking for us so much and keeping a pound of fresh bread, butter, jam, milk, cookies, toffees, rice, detergent for the washing machine and so many uncountable things won't our heart. We will never forget the kind of warmth you guys gave us. Love you all from the bottom of our heart ❤️. Thanks you so much for the gifts you gave to my dad and to my wife.
