Beachfront holiday rental in Krotiri

The rooftop studio is wonderful. You have a large terrace at your disposal overlooking the sea. It is quietly located in the winding alleys of the village. The small apartment has everything you need for 1-2 people. The bed is super cozy and I was very happy about the local products (shampoo, soap and liqueur). Alex was a great host who shared lots of great tips and was always available for questions and recommendations. If I come back to Naxos, I know where I will book. Thanks for the great time!

The place is very nice - white house with blue windows and pink flowers. The location was perfect to reach with our rental car (which we could park right outside the door) and between a variety of beautiful beaches within walking distance. From the bed as well as from the terrace you could see directly onto the sea. Communication with Stella was very kind and easy. She welcomed us with a tray full of food. It was cleaned daily and even the towels were replaced. The only negative point was the mosquitoes. A screen in the window would be useful.

We spent two magical weeks in Naxos! The apartment was just perfect: it is decorated with a lot of love for detail and very tastefully! The location is ideal in the center of Naxos! It is a maximum of 7 minutes walking to the old town. The beautiful beach St. Georg is right around the corner and is a short 2-3 minute walk away. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find everything your heart desires: supermarkets, authentic tavernas and restaurants, car and bike rental, as well as small boutiques or bakeries and shops with specialties from the region. Despite its central location, the apartment is in a quiet location. Maria and Nikitas were just great! They were always available and responded quickly to questions. They had lots of helpful recommendations and great tips for our stay and helped make our time on Naxos truly memorable! Thank you again very much!

Michail was an incredible host! He immediately made us feel at home, and was incredibly helpful for anything we needed. The views at his place are some of the best we’ve ever seen!! Easily worth a stay whenever you are in Naxos. We are already planning our next trip!

Daniele's studio was really great! It perfectly matched the photos and very clean! The bed is comfortable, and the bathroom is spacious:) The small courtyard allows you to have meals outside and the washing machine is very convenient! The access instructions were very clear, and we didn't get lost in the old Naxos! The studio is very close to the port, restaurants and small shops. But the little street remains very quiet, ideal for resting! Daniele was very responsive, from check-in to checkout, and was able to answer any questions we had. Don't hesitate to stay with Daniele! A perfect stay in Naxos:)

Santa & Konstantinos were great friendly hosts, communicative and responsive. Instructions given prior to arrival were clear and place was easy to find, not far from the port. Place looks exactly like in the photo, and area is quiet. Well-insulated and rooms kept cool throughout the day. Kitchen is well equipped, we were able to cook and make our own meals occasionally during our stay. Definitely accept the briefing offered by them, lots of information given that would help in your planning of Paros activities. They also invited us for a BBQ dinner at their place next door which we really appreciated as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We had a great time at Kostas' place. The accommodation is very well located, clean, large, quiet. The landscape is breathtaking. It's more beautiful than the pictures. Special mention to Kostas who is a host and above all an extraordinary, remarkable person. We loved everything: the place, the landscape, the garden, the host... We will come back to Paros very quickly just to stay at Kostas' place.

We had an amazing stay at the Beach Suite Kastraki! The house is charming, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bikes for exploring the beautiful surroundings. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the patio, watching breathtaking sunsets from the roof terrace, and unwinding in the jacuzzi pool after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away and great restaurants nearby. Angelika was incredibly attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth, enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely stay there again!

Our stay was wonderful. Stelios and all the staff were very friendly and responsive. The location is peaceful and private. Bedrooms and living area were extremely comfortable and stocked with all you need. The fruit, coffee, wine were a nice and unexpected touch. The private pool was an extra bonus. Would definitely stay again if visiting Naxos.

Andreas was incredibly understanding and helpful throughout a very challenging situation. His communication was quick and clear, and he went above and beyond to assist us when we unexpectedly had to adjust our travel plans. I truly appreciate his kindness and professionalism. Beautiful villa, well equipped, very nice terrace (outdoor kitchen, bbq, pool, etc.) , very well located (a few meters from Plaka beach), requires a vehicle to get around restaurants, shops, city, etc. Responsive and available hosts, impeccable cleanliness, easy and flexible check-in and checkout.

The villa was lovely especially having a private pool. The living and balcony areas were great for our group. A downside is that the villa is isolated especially walking to restaurants and the top floor bathroom is very difficult for elderly people. Other than that we loved it and the lady who came to clean was fantastic.

Stayed the second time in the Villas, this time in the Villa North. Both Villas are similar. Thomais is a great host, easy to reach and very responsive. The house is in perfect condition, absolutely clean and provides for everything that is needed. Location is good and quiet, a two minute walk to the beach and provides access to multiple dining options and the inner city within a 10 min walk. Thanks for having us and making this another great stay in Naxos. We'll be back!

Karen was the perfect host, making us feel welcome and at home in her beautiful house. She was very helpful before we even got there, letting us know which ferry to take etc. The house is in a lovely spot, only a few minutes walk from the port, charming town, and a beautiful beach. She recommended restaurants and things to do and shared stories about the island's history. The apartment is beautifully decorated with everything you need. The outdoor living space is very private with amazing views, and comfortable spots to relax. Our stay with Karen on Antiparos was the highlight of our trip to Greece.

This is a great place to stay. We loved it. Perfect. Four great bedrooms with en-suite shower and bathroom. Hot-tub was massive and a perfect place to rest after a swim in the sea, which is just outside the gate. Super helpful owner too ! Fabulous.

Easily walkable to and from the port, to the beach, and to dozens of nearby restaurants. The patio was a nice place to relax in the evening and had stunning views of the sunset. Lots of space and well stocked kitchen. Perfect for our stay.

A thoroughly magnificent experience from start to end. Transportation was complimentary and very simple from the port to the pristine suite. The view from the terrace is unparalleled with breathtaking naturally pink lakes to the left and the crystal blue Mediterranean to the right. Sunsets were like nothing we’ve ever seen before. The little orchard on the property with pomegranates, oranges and grapefruits was divine and every day we picked and tasted the fruits. Nektaria went above and beyond, so thoughtful and helpful, delivering us a car rental straight to our door, providing recommendations and just generally making herself available. This slice of heaven is tucked away from everything, but only a twenty minute walk to many bars and restaurants. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Don’t hesitate - just book. I had the pleasure of staying here as part of my 40th birthday celebration with my husband and son. This house helped make this trip even more special. It is beautifully designed with an amazing rooftop with stunning sunsets. The house is also walking distance to great restaurants and beautiful beaches. The host was super helpful and set up the home with a few grocery staples. 100% I would stay here again.

Nice villa within walking distance to the beach. The outdoor space was fantastic. The restaurant across the street was wonderful with very friendly staff. We had a lovely stay overall. The stairs were a bit steep and certain sections had no rails. It would be totally fine for adults, but with children, it was a little dangerous.
