Waterfront holiday rentals in Korswandt

The apartment was cozy, everything you needed. Beautiful surroundings directly on the harbor. A few minutes to the hiking trails. Absolutely dog friendly!!! Also welcome for the four-legged friends. Everything worked out. We had a magical weekend on the Baltic Sea even in January. Sauna could even have been used. Perfect!

Everything was exactly as described. All the little things you otherwise forget were available(vinegar,oil, salt, pepper, paper towels, sponge, dish towel, etc.) incl. Bed linen and towels. The apartment is nicely decorated and offers plenty of space to spend even rainy days there. Except for 2 small shortcomings: Unfortunately, the bed is only 1.40 m wide and the fast internet is really very exaggerated. Otherwise it was perfect!

It was a short weekend visit and the apartment was really great for that.

We were very pleased with the apartment and the hostess! 🥰 It is very stylish and has all the accessories you need to feel at home. We felt very comfortable with toddler and dog and were allowed to book accessories such as high chair and bed. The apartment is very well located! Short distances to the beach, promenade, aquapark and various restaurants. Parking is affordable right outside the door. We mostly moved around by bike as there are so many bike paths and we were able to connect the bikes in the courtyard. We would love to come back! ☺️👍

We immediately felt very well taken care of in the modern interpretation of an old building. It was all very innovative mixed so that the old-build charm was very well underlined and also the modern elements had their right of existence. From the living room you could look directly at the sea and gastronomy was also easily accessible with a very short path. To avoid the daily hassle of a parking space in the village, we were even able to rent a parking space on the grounds. We felt super comfortable in the apartment. We will be super happy to come back.

Comfortable apartment, bright, spacious and clean. Everything is as described and photographed. A convenient form of self check-in, good contact with a polite owner. Pleasant, quiet neighborhood. The assigned place to the apartment in the underground parking lot and unlimited access to the wellness area is a big plus of this offer.

We stayed here for a few days with our 1 year old daughter. We had a great time. The beach was quick to reach and there was shopping right across the street. The place was very well equipped and clean! Danuta and Jens were very nice and always quick to respond to inquiries. A windscreen for the beach and an umbrella were also provided! This place is great! We felt right at home. From the underground car park with the elevator to the apartment. Very modern and new and with a great view. Very calm and relaxed. Just a few minutes walking to the beach. We also saunaed every day and swam in the 20m pool (1.20 m deep) and had everything mostly to ourselves. Wifi connection very good also for working if you have to. Netflix, Youtube, everything there. Supermarkets Dino, Biedronka and Polo within walking distance. And restaurants are also easily accessible on foot. All in all, Dziwnów and in this apartment is pure relaxation.

Beautiful and quiet house with large garden incl. small lake - plenty of space for leisure activities. Due to the open construction of the house and the wooden floorboards on the upper floor, however, noises in the house are very well perceptible. Everything in the village is within walking distance.

Lovely and comfortable cottage, with all the things that you need to spend a few relaxing days close to the sea. Highly recommended!

We had a perfect holiday here with our small dog. The property was completely fenced, which is of course very important with a dog. The private garden was already very large. In addition, there was a huge communal garden. Also, we had a beautiful view of the lake. A dream. Despite this quiet location in the middle of nature, you were in Binz within a few minutes. And had all the possibilities here. All other places were also easily accessible. However, you should not do without a car in this situation. The amenities of the house were really great. Absolutely nothing was missing from the kitchen. The house is very cozily furnished and we felt very comfortable here. The contact with the host was always very nice and you got a very quick response. So I can only give around five stars. We hope to come back soon.😊

A truly fantastic stay and place with a wonderful host. The garden is massive and full of fruits, berries, and vegetables that guests can help themselves to. Well located with tons of hiking spots and restaurants in walking distance. The chickens were definitely a highlight. The place itself is well furnished, with great kitchen, and all necessary amenities. Highly recommend this amazing spot!!!

We were in the property for my mother's 60th birthday with the whole family (9 adults, 4 children, a baby and 2 dogs) and rented all four apartments. All apartments are incredibly lovingly and nicely decorated, we all felt very comfortable. The apartments are clean and really everything you need was available. Michaela was always easily accessible and friendly and helpful at all times. We would definitely recommend this place!

The stay at Janin's place was tremendous! We had known the area and other houses at the same spot, but Janin's was exceptionally tidy and well decorated and welcoming. The indoor chimney was way better than others we have experienced, floor heating works perfectly fine. The house itself is literally one path away from the sea and the parking lot is right in front of the door making going to the groceries easy to handle. The matresses in one of the double beds were pretty exlcusive ones and were amazing to sleep on. The whole trip felt super refreshing! Janin instantly contacted me and we had a quick back and forth about checkin checkout times and everything was settled in 2-3 messages in around 1-2hrs. So communication was friendly and top notch on time. Fingers crossed that spot is bookable when we come back to the area!

We had a great time at Pawel's. The sauna ritual was really great and so was the hot tub. The house is nice big and we had enough space. The kitchen was a small challenge, but I had already read that an enlargement is planned here. Pawel was very friendly and responded quickly to messages, even though we ordered the sauna on short notice. Thank you so much for the wonderful week.

Dominik's place was great. Very quiet location and equipped with everything you need. The car was well taken care of in the underground parking. Communication with Dominik was impeccable and always very friendly. An absolute plus in bad weather, of course, the free admission to the AHOY in Sellin. We enjoyed our stay very much and we recommend it 100 percent.

There were three of us, apartment was wonderful in size. Amenities completely fine! Everything you need. Very quiet with private parking. Everything in Peenemünde is within walking distance from here. Communication great!

My stay at Elke's place was exactly what I needed! The view of the sea from the bed, as well as from the dining room. The pleasant cozy and clear atmosphere of the apartment. I felt at home. Thanks Elke for making everything so beautiful!

We were very warmly welcomed by Ms. Lange and were able to feel right at home after an introduction to the special features of the apartment. It is clear that the preservation and cleanliness of the property is of great importance. The kitchen is really excellently equipped and also otherwise everything else you could ever need is in the apartment. The location is quiet and you can walk to the beach in no more than two minutes. You can also walk to the train station in less than 10 minutes and the bus runs in front of the house. Shopping is available in Ahlbeck - here you can get there by bus within a few minutes, or you can walk. The apartment was therefore an ideal starting point for our activities. There is also a box in the apartment, with all kinds of information and programs, to encourage leisure activities. For questions, or "extra requests" on our part, the hosts Lange are quickly accessible and extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you!

We stayed in the apartment for the 2nd time and this time especially enjoyed the cozy atmosphere in the apartment, with great evening sky, lots of wood in the decor and colorfully dimmable Light mood. In the large, fortunately not too soft bed we could very well sleeping. Impressive is the panoramic view from the bedroom, over which South-facing balcony all the way to the backwater. In the bright living room, cut over the corner, there are various Areas, so even families with children have good space. We liked to cook in the small but practical kitchen and also sometimes baked, everything from high-quality pots to the waffle iron. We have never had such a good TV in a vacation rental and sound system with Netflix and AppleTV. The wifi worked 1a. Also in the bathroom with detergent for the Miele, shower gel, shampoo all organic! Thanks to the hosts Christina and Stefan, who personally prepare everything so lovingly. Maria and Helmuth
