Waterfront holiday rentals in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

I spent a few days on Fehmarn with my son. Upon arrival we had a small mosquito problem in the apartment...Maria was immediately available, removed all mosquitoes, installed a fly screen and left something sweet as compensation! That's what I call a service! She was also available anytime I had questions. The apartment is small but nice! Everything was available and it was clean! It is very comfortably furnished! From the outside, the apartment blocks don't look really appealing. But it's beautiful inside! The location to the south beach is unbeatable! 2 min around the corner! We lacked nothing and we would be happy to come back!

We have now booked this place for the third time for 4 weeks each and are very satisfied. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location in a quiet part of the city, walking distance to the center. There are many parks, a botanical garden, restaurants and lots of shopping nearby. Christian is a very great host, we have already booked another stay:) Definitely recommended!

A super nice apartment 👍🏻 was everything as described in the description. Great and beautiful area Martin & Lysann were always available super helpful many tips. A super host will be happy to come back if we visit Schwerin again. You just felt at home with them ☺️👍🏻

We felt very comfortable in Michael's apartment. Quietly located beautiful view of Graben and park, parking in front of the door, in the city center you can quickly walk through the park. The apartment is on the 3rd floor via a kindergarten. Spacious living rooms and bedrooms, well equipped kitchen. Pleasantly warm. Michael was very welcoming.

It was all very good. I had asked if an earlier check-in (earlier than 4 pm) is possible. My request was declined - it's "not possible". I would have liked to have at least responded a little to my request.

The place was exactly as shown in the photos. Everything is clean and maintained. Very quiet and pleasant environment. Highly recommend.

Very nice house in a quiet location. Perfect for a little weekend getaway.

Very lovely village. We especially liked the supply of solar. Dog bowls and a bottle of rosé made us feel very welcome. We'll be back for sure.

We stayed at Katharina's beautiful place over New Year's Eve with 4 families and a total of 6 children and had a great time! There is a lot of space and retreat options. The playroom is perfect and the kids loved it. The house is super equipped and was super cozy! Next time would use the upper bedroom but only as a game room. We will definitely be back, next time in summer so we also have something from the pool and tennis court:) Thanks also to Ms. Ms. Marthiensen for the nice welcome!

Great amenities, it was missing and nothing was missing. The location is great as described with a view of the Bodden from the dining table. Super clean. We will be happy to come back:-)

We felt very comfortable in Regina's apartment. It is beautiful and practically furnished and it really has everything you could think of and need. We enjoyed swimming in Lake Bosower right by the house and paddling around with our kayak. At the lake we enjoyed the tranquility. The only downside is the noise level from the street that passes by the house, but at the same time you have a fast connection in all directions.

We enjoyed the time in Elke's apartment very much! Cozy and has everything you need. The location is great too - especially with the kids it was nice to be right by the creek and so close to the Tollensesee with the many playgrounds. The fact that a shop is almost right next door was also extremely convenient. In addition, Elke is simply a very likeable, attentive hostess. All in all highly recommended! Really enjoyed my stay at this wonderful place. Even before my arrival, I felt welcome thanks to the friendly and personal communication of the hosts. The apartment immediately convinced me with its loving furnishings and the cozy ambience!

We stayed in Claudia's apartment for the 2nd time. A perfect place for a Baltic Sea getaway. Good location, great views and a tasteful cozy decor. The exchange with Claudia is pleasantly personal and relaxed.

The location was very good, a lot was within walking distance. The underground parking space was nice and wide. The apartment was comfortably furnished and you will find everything you need. Only toilet paper could have been a little more.

We had a wonderful stay in this clean, beautifully furnished, and cozy apartment. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the spacious layout provided plenty of comfort. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The location is peaceful, with a lovely view of the water, and it's just a short walk to the bay and an Edeka shop around the corner. The hosts were super friendly.
