Tej is an excellent and friendly host, always just a call away whenever needed. The property is well-equipped, meticulously maintained, and truly feels like a home. We especially loved the serene garden on the terrace—it was a perfect spot to relax. The location is incredibly convenient, with many famous attractions like Lalbagh, Maramma Temple, and V.V. Puram Food Street within walking distance. We had a wonderful stay and would love to visit again!

We had an excellent stay in Hari’s flat, which corresponded to the photos and was in top condition. It is very big and pretty quiet despite being located in the heart of Bangalore. Hari was helpful and communicated well with us.

Excellent, clean stay for our NRI family visiting for two weeks. Two story layout gives privacy and lots of room. Very impressed with the western style renovations completed in the home. Two entry gates and outdoor security cameras gave additional peace of mind and security, since we had both children and elders with us. From outside it looks like a traditional, old house but inside is a warm and updated home. Owner Mr. Sampath was very responsive and so cooperative, he really made our visit much more comfortable by opening this Jewel of Jayanagar for us.

Mr. Hasan is the best host you could ever find on Airbnb. He is so polite and kind, always responded in a minute. Provided us free drinking water (7-8 cans of 20ltrs Bisleri). Hasan understood our proble and gave us a late check-out without charging a penny. The caretaker Mr. Irfan is also very kind and polite, he answered my calls even in the late night. The house is located in a peaceful colony, very peaceful for quiet, it is very convenient for the people who are visiting to BIEC . Very safe street parking. I suggest you to book Mr. Hasan's place without a doubt. I'll surely stay at Hasan's place for my next BIEC trip.
