amazing place well maintained

It was very good! Was nice and quiet in the night and very peaceful. Convenient location as well. So was able to roam around a little bit. And the rikshaw contact Anita gave- Arjun uncle was also a sweetheart. Very sweet and showed us around. The staff were also very helpful and responsive. We found the overall experience very pleasant and right at home!

We had a comfortable and cozy stay at the Villa. Interiors are beautiful with ergonomic furniture and the house has a home like feel to it. Overall recommended for group stays of 4-6 people.

I recently stayed at the villa for a day and used it as a remote workspace. The experience was fantastic. The villa is peaceful and quiet, providing an ideal environment for focused work. The internet connection was reliable, which was crucial for my work tasks. Although my stay was short, I found the amenities and ambience perfect for work and relaxation.

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

The stay was amazing. The staff and host were extremely cordial and paid attention to your needs. Great food (get their fried rice!). The place was as described and was very clean with a great view and a clean pool. A great place to go with friends and family. 10/10 stay

It was our first time visiting Mumbai, and I must say this place was cool, cozy, and comfortable. We stayed for two days and didn’t face any issues. While I’m not sure if it’s done daily, they cleaned the washroom and the house at 11 AM during our stay. The space is ideal for two people, possibly three, but not more than that. Although the city traffic is hectic and some areas are quite dirty, this location was calm, smelled fresh, and gave us a sense of relief whenever we returned. Thank you for hosting us

The place was squeaky clean and everything worked as expected. The lawn, watchtower, games were a highlight. Only drawback is that there are scarce nearby restaurants and The food from the nearby restaurant was mediocre. But at least the caretaker brings it to your place. The breakfast was complimentary and awesome

We had a wonderful time at Nivaant. The name "Nivaant" means relaxing in Marathi, and we found the place to be exactly that—peaceful and calming. The garden area is beautiful and perfect for relaxation. All the listed amenities were available, and the house was clean and well-maintained. Mrs. Jayashree's list of local spots and places to eat was very detailed and helpful. The beach is easy to get to for a morning or evening walk. We highly recommend it for a relaxing stay, and we’ll definitely be back soon!

We had an amazing stay at the bungalow, which we booked for a small wedding ritual function. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our group of 20 people. We never experienced any discomfort or issues during our stay. The host, Mr. Manchanda, was friendly and accommodating, enhancing our overall experience. The in-house food was homemade and authentic, with delicious Punjabi cuisine that made us feel right at home. Our guests also had a wonderful time, with no difficulties during their stay. Staying at Ajay Uncle’s place was a wonderful experience. The homestay was clean, well-organized, and hosted by a responsive and friendly team. It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful design and excellent management. It’s an ideal spot for both friends and family. Sujata Aunty, the cook, prepared delicious Maharashtrian meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone made us feel so welcome. One of the highlights of the stay was a long, engaging conversation with Ajay Uncle—it’s something you definitely shouldn’t miss. He’s such a fascinating person. Overall, I loved the stay, the people, and the area!

what a pleasant hideout for new year's in bustling Goa. the rooftop is perfect, the place is comfy and clean and Jay knows literally anything in and around the area and was extremely helpful with everything from storing luggage to laundry.

If you want a beach getaway this is the place for you! This unassuming property is a gem - built around a beautiful coconut plantation you walk through the palms and onto the beach. It is perfect for a family gathering or group of friends as the bedrooms are separate and private. Aside from the amazing location what stood out were the host and his team - nothing was ever too much trouble! The food they prepared for us was delicious and we loved eating on the beach at our own private table. We barely left the property as there was lot’s to do - enjoy the pool, the beach, pool table, take a nap listening to the sea breeze through the palms. We also thank the team for being so accommodating to our one year old son making sure we had everything we needed for him. We look forward to our next stay!

The place is extremely beautiful, with a balcony view that never fails to leave you in a trance. It is nested away in a lush green surrounding that is very private and yet is a 5 minute ride to the beach. Our host, Parth, is incredibly cool and kept us entertained with a lively conversation spanning music to a way of living. Overall, it was a 11/10 stay, would highly recommend it.
