Monthly Rentals in Koningsbosch

Beware, this is a one bedroom apartment with the option to pay extra for the second bedroom and should be clearly advertised as such. We booked a two bedroom apartment and was only made aware of the small section in the listing tucked away at the bottom that mentions the extra €30 per person each night for the second bedroom when we arrived. Of course we had to pay extra. This second bedroom is on the opposite side of the entrance and does not have any facilities, so toilet and bathroom must be accessed in the main apartment, this cannot be let separately, and so this just seems to be somewhat a deliberate tactic to generate more money from unsuspecting travellers. The apartment should be advertised as one bedroom with option for second. The way it is advertised currently is misleading. That said the apartment is very nice and comfortable. Anke and her husband are very hospitable and felt welcomed, however there has been somewhat of a bitter taste left after the unexpected cost.

Long weekend. The stay is sparkling clean and everything you need to have a wonderful stay. To know the surroundings, there is a detailed folder available. Outlet Roermond is less than 20 minutes by car. You can take wonderful walks nearby. It was too cold for cycling but there are plenty of cycling routes in the immediate vicinity. Reason for us to come back. Thanks Marlies.

Very clean, spacious apartment, cheap. Only the dining area in the kitchen is very uncomfortable due to the bistro chair and a little more tight. A small dining table in the large living room would be more practical.

The flat was spotless and spacious, perfect to comfortably accommodate a group of 4 people.
