Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Koh Samui

It was really a pleasure staying with Jeff. We are definitely going to come back. I stayed in many airbnbs and none of them did actually meet the expectations like Jeff‘s did. Thank you very much.

This is my second year in a row staying at Kim's place. I was so impressed of the view from her property that I brought my family this year. Pictures doesn't do justice of her property. I feel at home when I stay at Kim's. Will keep coming back. I highly recommend her place

We had an absolutely idyllic stay at this beautiful villa in Koh Samui. The location is perfect, offering a breathtaking view of the ocean and a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing. The villa is spacious, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped, with an infinite swimming pool that invites you to relax. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff and always available to meet our needs. We leave with unforgettable memories and will return without hesitation! Great peaceful villa, location is okay but on a very steep hill. Good value for money.

Spent 6 great nights at this very comfortable property. perfect for 2 couples. great garden setting right on quiet beach. ocean just steps away. swimming is ok depending on tides but great snorkeling at the high. outdoor shower a pluse! nice long walking/running beach. facility has nice community pool. covered patio was amazing with comfortable seats and fans. Inside had great kitchen. beds and baths were nice, comfortable and clean. second floor bdrm has steep stairs but great upper deck. highly recommend!

House is new and so clean . I like the house. All beds are reallly comfortable. There is a pool but it’s not in the house just right in front of the house. Karla was very helpful. Kitchen is full equipped. Would love to be back here again. Netflix in living room is not really working so we watch Prime instead .

Great house. Communication was excellent. Heaps of room for four couples. Pool was as in the pictures .The car was such a bonus. Robert and Yaya are great hosts.

We had an incredible stay at Villa Tosti and would absolutely return. Gabrio was helpful at check in and with recommendations. The property was gorgeous with stunning views and in great condition. AC kept bedrooms cool which had comfortable mattresses and bedding. Everything was as pictured. The more busy parts of the island were 20 min or so by taxi and we had no issue getting taxis to come to the Villa, which is close to the main road. The beach is also walkable. Jaeb and her son made us feel so cared for during our stay. They helped around the house keeping things in order, helped arrange transport and massages. Best of all Jaeb made us wonderful homecooked breakfast and lunch for some meals during our stay. She's a wonderful cook and we loved her curries! Even with on site staff, the Villa felt private and the help was unobtrusive for those who want the secluded feel. We really appreciated the hospitality. We had a truly rejuvenating stay.

the place was pristine. amazing views, clean surroundings. the bed was very comfortable. the host was very attentive. her staff Fon was very helpful made us amazing breakfast and we'll worth the price. you will need a scooter or a car to go up and down the hill other than that our stay was amazing. I will definitely recommend this accomodation. A+++++++

The house is amazing, just like the owners are. We had a very good communication with Pam before, during and after our stay. The house is spacious and lush and it‘s tastefully decorated. The house is secluded in a private estate but still near to beaches and the nearby town. Perfect for family’s or groups up to six friends.

We were warmly welcomed. Our villa was equipped with everything you need for your daily needs. Towels and linens were provided free of charge for the entire period. Our villa had a 4 × 8 m pool that was professionally cleaned twice a week. Nina and Valerie are very accommodating and lovely hosts. You immediately feel as if you were in family. We stayed there for two months and would have liked to have stayed much longer our vacation plan would have made it possible. There were three dogs on the property that were very sweet. They guard you and the grounds and you don't have to be afraid of them, because they protect you and you feel very safe and comfortable there from the beginning. The property cannot be entered easily by strangers. It is protected by a high wall. It is very quiet in the complex. We enjoyed the bird voices in the morning hours.

Sunisa and Jean were very responsive and accommodating hosts. The house worked well for us during our visit to Koh Samui. The hosts helped us with shuttles to and from the airport (Grab will not pick up or drop off at the airport) and also helped us rent scooters (which are necessary to navigate the island). Overall we had a positive experience at their Airbnb!

Lovely stay with a lovely view, overall would recommend

Thanks to Elisa, Cindy's collaborator, for her availability and responsiveness throughout the stay, whether for tourist advice or technical problems. The view from the terrace is magical. A few things to correct in the house: waterproofing problems during the heavy rains that we suffered for 4 days, water flowed on the walls, especially at the level of light switches... The curtains of the bedrooms are like burned by the sun, they decay and leave white trails to the touch, they really need to be replaced. Finally, a strong smell of humidity emerges in some rooms, again due to the waterproofing I imagine, you have to leave them open during the day to attenuate. The pool also deserves a refurbishment, many tiles peel off. I insist that despite this we do not regret the 15 days spent in the house, but opinions are used to make things evolve in the right direction too

Pictures do not do this place justice. The beauty, the serenity and the surroundings are just so hard to capture. It really is special. You are remote, but have three or four beach shacks within walking distance and a hotel next door for food options. But if you have scooters or avail yourself of the transport options, your world opens up a bit more and have quite the variety just 20 mins away. But you don’t come here to be amongst the hustle and bustle. You come here to disconnect. Stock up the fridge, bring games, bring books and you can just enjoy having space and time like you otherwise would not. Above all, Kevin was a wonderful host! Warm, welcoming, accommodating and responsive. Anything you needed, he was there. Really felt like home away from home. We’ll be back!
