We spent 4 weeks here and it felt like home. The apartment is perfectly equipped, very spacious (the terrace is huge!) and in an ideal location. Just around the corner from Sairee and yet super quiet so you feel like you're in the middle of the jungle. We had a great time, also thanks to the helpful and friendly hosts! And will definitely come back :)

We had a perfect stay with our 1 year old child at James's place! Coral, who was responsible for us, took care of every issue and was always available for us. She gave us great tips and organized everything perfectly for us. Unfortunately, we had bad weather for a few days and were able to bear it great even in bad weather because of the great place. Everything you need is within walking distance. The facility would be cleaned every two days and brought fresh drinking water. Everyone was extraordinarily nice & helpful. Simply wonderful and highly recommended ❤️

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, stylish, and well-equipped with high-quality kitchenware, an air fryer, and comfy furniture. Every two days, cleaning staff brought fresh towels and bed linen and took out the trash. Our host Yada was incredibly kind, showed us everything, and was always available if we had questions. She even helped us book ferry tickets quickly. A great extra touch: the Airbnb had printed and laminated recommendations for restaurants and activities, house rules, apartment instructions, and useful contacts – super helpful! The view from the apartment was breathtaking, and the pool area above added even more beauty. The location was perfect – all beaches, parties, and fitness spots were within 10–15 minutes. If you’re looking for a clean, relaxing, and beautiful place in Koh Tao, this is it. We’d definitely stay here again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Villa was stunning, clean and exactly as described. The iwners were also extremely helpful and accommodating. If ever we were in need for a lift into town they were there straight away to take us and any other questions or things we needed they were super helpful! Would definitely recommend!! :)

Nothing negative to say, View was great, location was private but you could still walk to the pier if you are in good shape. I even enjoyed the 70 steps to get to the villa. Host was very responsive. Two minor issues during the 3 months that were taken care of within the day. The place was cleaned spotless once a week. The neighbors were quiet and kept to themselves. Bed was comfortable. It took a few days to get comfortable riding the motorbike up the steep hill, but it was worth the view once I got to the top. Air conditioner and WIFI, worked flawlessly which were my two biggest concerns. If you are not willing to rent a Motorbike(200 baht/day or 4-5000 baht/month), this place probably is not for you, otherwise everywhere on the island is a 3-7 minute drive. It is also a 5 minute walk down the hill and through a field to an outdoor sports facility with paddleball courts and other venues...I did not use this facility, but I thought it was a nice addition.

We were finding refugee for songkran and parties, and this place was true heaven !! From pick up to the villa and check out everything was great, Guy is very responsive for everything. Villa is outstanding, the view, the bed, the pool, and the shower ... facilities are amazing we had the most relaxing time thank you so much!! Fully recommend !!

A super nice place to stay! The view from the terrace is a dream, you can see the sunset every evening. The pool is a perfect cooling off, the beach is only 5 min walk and 1 min away by scooter (for us also the best bathing beach on the island). Phin organized a taxi that picked us up from the harbor. We were able to rent scooters from the taxi driver, which were brought to the accommodation 10 minutes later. The apartment was cleaned every day, the towels changed every day. We felt super comfortable and would come back any time! Thanks Phin ☺️

Such an amazing stay, we loved it so much that we asked to stay another night. Very close to everything but still quiet. The hosts responded immediately every time, and were incredibly sweet, thoughtful and helpful! The shower was awesome, great water pressure and heating and that’s a rare occurrence around the islands. ☺️ + Cute decoration!

Our stay at this villa was truly special. The villa is incredible, the location and views spectacular and the accommodation and infinity pool beautifully kept, perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean. Mon the housekeeper looked after us really well and was always available to ask questions or give us advice. Siri was responsive and helpful and made the whole process easy and relaxed. The free regular transfer into the main part of the island were really helpful and it was easy to get takeaway delivered when we wanted. We even had a fabulous meal cooked and served for us in the villa. Dont hesitate to book this villa... it is beautiful and you definitely won't be disappointed. I would love to go back someday.

The space is simple and functional, But very clean with daily room service. Thida immediately helps on site with any questions. Great guy Robert offers everything you want from the type. He is mega friendly, reliable and always helpful Just a pity that Dutch people have no idea about football 😀

the villa is great, exactly as described. we felt right at home. And the host May where doing an awesome job. The villa was spotless clean. The laundry and kitchen where very well organized with everything you might need. the swimming pool is fantastic and clean. very comfortable beds. 12 min walk to the beach and easy to get around to anywhere on the island by catching taxi. also loads of restaurant options walking distance.overall a fantastic stay.

We had a fantastic stay at the place. The host was very helpful and the view is unique. The host helped us rent a scooter and also helped us with the onward journey. The air conditioning cools down the tent very quickly and usually there is also a shade spot in the outdoor area.

Beautiful place, breathtaking view! We'll definitely come back again. The pictures actually don't do it justice, it looks much better than advertised! I had no contact with Preeyanut, but Mo and Steve who take care of the house are extremely friendly and helpful. The house is up the mountain close to Sairee, but it is not accessible by foot, nor by motorbike I think though I haven't tried. So to go out to eat, party or visiting, Steve will drive down and back up the mountain free of charge! He picked us up twice at around 1am after partying without any problems! 🙏 And lastly they accept dogs, which makes it our favorite place to stay in Ko Tao so far!

Pool Villa with a Panoramic Ocean View

We stayed 4 wonderful days in this lovely villa. It is nicely located for itself high on the mountainside, so the view here is absolutely incredible (ps: watch the sunset from the villa rather than go to a paid view point on the island - the view is best here). There is a long steep staircase up to the villa from the parking, but we took that as a nice opportunity to get in some exercise! The villa had everything we needed for kitchenware and other necessities - and the host had bought water and other drinks that we could take from the fridge. We started and ended every day with a delicious dip in the pool overlooking the city, Last night we rented chef for the Villa who cooked amazing Thai food for us, which we got to enjoy on the terrace. All in all, delighted with your stay and highly recommend booking this one.
