If you want to enjoy backwater stay,this is the place to spend it with Family. It's very well maintained house even though it's built in early 2000's(not sure), it needs lot of time to maintain this big house. My kids and spouse enjoyed it away from your city traffic, I recommend for a people who have their 4 wheeler if you neeed to reach in the night. Google will show some short cut which is very narrow to reach upto main road. Explore the place, we enjoyed it.

The place and stay was excellent. This House is on the prime location of Kochi which is very near to Lulu Mall. There are plenty of good Hotels nearby, thus having good food is not an issue at all. House found very neat and clean with full privacy. The host was very pleasant, responsive and always there to reach us whenever any support required. We thank Annie and Mr. Jean for all the supports bene provided during our stay.

We had a lovely stay. We are so happy with the place and service. The home is beautiful and a nice haven from the city. The pool was so nice. The team there makes you feel right at home and so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We had everything we needed during our stay. The host also help us set up transportation to and from airport, a day tour, and gave wonderful recommendations. I would highly recommend this house and host to others.

New place to stay

3 BHK Apartment in Edappally with Pool & Amenities

I was looking for a stay with my friends in and around Kochi and found Afal's property in Airbnb. I initially had second thoughts since I didn't see much reviews (as it was a new property in Airbnb), but I was proven wrong. It turned out to be an amazing find! We really had a great and memorable stay! The place was exactly how it was in the photos, very clean and well-maintained, making it a comfortable and pleasant experience. Afal was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay, ensuring a smooth check-in and stay. Housekeeping services were also available when required. The apartment was well-equipped with all necessary amenities within the apartment. The property also had a swimming pool and other cool amenities like a game room, home theatre, gym, reading room and whatnot! The location was very convenient and safe, in Edappally close to Lulu Mall and Amrita Hospital. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay whether short or long term.

Rismitty and her husband Joseph were superb hosts. They really cared about us and our visit and did everything to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable. By the end of our stay I felt that we had become friends. The place itself was spotlesslessly clean, roomy, with simple but adequate furniture. The kitchen was minimally stocked, but it met our needs. Filtered water was available. Note that there isn't hot water in the shower, but that seems to be standard in India except in upscale hotels. For westerners the rates are very low. In short, I highly recommend this airbnb for a visit to Kochi.

“River House” is an ideal place for those who would like to reboot and recharge. The villa offers a charming village feel and tranquil atmosphere along a river front, tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city. This Villa is tastefully refurbished retaining the Kerala style architecture with a minimalistic approach which makes the rooms look very spacious abd well ventilated. I was on a business trip and opted this property through Airbnb. The location is good and it has all amenities mentioned in the add. Couple of grocery shops are near by ( at walkable distance) to purchase the households. Caretaker was available at property for any kind of help. Cleaning staff will come for cleaning on every day except Sundays. Host Mr. Arun is always accessible for any help needed. Will definitely opt this property in future.

If you are planning to stay in Kochi for work or for leisure this is a place you can book without blinking. Arun was super helpful since our arrival got over delayed due to TranzCars unprofessionalism. He responded on phone at midnight to make us comfortable in the house. He has a polite voice (Since I did not meet him) and politer man Friday Pranab who came up in no time to help us. The house itself was perfect for me and my family. Three bedrooms with attached bathrooms and spacious well lit dining and lounge area with a half bath attached to kitchen was more than what we could ask for. Arun's attention to detail is quite visible in his house. We thank him for making our stay the best ever in Kerala. Will stay there again for soon. Thank you once again Arun for everything.
