Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Ko Samui

We had just a wonderful time at Laurence place. Everything was very clean and the villa offer amazing views. The only con is that the Villa is on a steep hill so a car is must to get to the top but it was easy to call a taxi and move around.

We had a wonderful 8 night stay at Asia Argus Villa, Lee’s wife Lyn and her sister offered daily cleaning and were on hand for anything we needed. The villa is beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed, each room had comfortable beds, a mini fridge and TV. An honesty bar is provided along with unlimited drinking water which was very much appreciated. Lyn arranged a surprise for valentines for one of our party, decorating the villa with rose petals. Bangrak is a short taxi ride away with Fisherman’s village and chaweng also accessible by taxi. A taxi back from Lamai beach was £15 uk pounds. There is a laundry 5 mins walk away and 7-11 and wine shop 10-15 minutes walk. Food deliveries were easy to obtain, we used bolt for taxis. Would recommend!

This was an absolute find! Nothing negative to say at all. Beautiful place, comfortable and great decor. Brilliant facilities and you could easily live here. The maintenance team work so hard, the owner has done a great job of making sure everything still looks brand new. We had such a wonderful stay we extended our trip because of how great it was. Location was so good, 5 mins in a cab to fisherman's but also a stroll to grab anything needed from 7/11 or a drink etc. Being part of Chi beach club was just perfect, you could order room service, use the facilities etc. The staff were the icing on the cake, all so friendly and welcoming, arrive as strangers leave as family. We will be back!

Everything really worked out here. The view is phenomenal and we enjoyed every second of our stay. Great service, good recommendations and Moritz was always immediately available, Thank you so much for having us and we'll see you again for sure.

We recently stayed at The Green Villa to celebrate our daughter’s 40th Birthday and overall the stay easily exceeded our expectations. We had a warm welcome from Julie, Taki and the two resident dogs ‘The Boss’ and ‘Fluffy’ which immediately made us feel at home. The pictures and video’s we had seen before our visit did not do the villa justice. My husband and I are well travelled and have stayed in many villas around the world and consider the Villa to be one of the finest the views are spectacular! Julie the manager was amazing she is very proficient and responded immediately to any correspondence, she arranged all our activities and travel during our stay, we highly recommend staying in a few nights to enjoy her culinary skills she did dishes to die for! Taki the house keeper, who provided a wonderful breakfast each morning, is very discreet - you wouldn’t know she was there. We highly recommend ‘The Green Villa’ our stay was unforgettable and will definitely plan a return visit.

the villa is situated in a gated community, you drive threw a little local village and upto the gated front manned by a lovely old guard the villa itself is beautiful 6 of us stayed and never short of seats or anything. private gated parking. the villa was cleaned during our stay to a high standard the pool was also cleaned equally the response time from sunisa amd her team is 2nd to none shes amazing and so willing to help with suggestions and local knowledge. we will 100% be back to stay here. the locals are welcoming and so friendly. 🙏🏼 thank you and we will see you again
