we stayed here so we could have Christmas with family, the location was ideal, the property was as described and spotlessly clean, bright, spacious and warm, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, Joanne and cathal were very easy going and welcoming and we would love to return in the future.

Jennifer and Danny are lovely! And their charming spot was just what I needed. A lovely, peaceful place where I could unwind and relax after galavanting around Ireland and learning to drive on the opposite side of the road on very dark, narrow Irish roads. The story of how they came to build The Golden Egg is also fascinating. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! And it's because of their guidebook that I ended up at Moore Hall, which was one of my favorite places on my trip. Highly, highly recommend their lovely spot!

That was an extremely fantastic experience. Tom and Ciara are great hosts and wonderful human beings. Helped with everything and were very responsive to any queries. Thank you for the excellent service and a proactive and friendly attitude!
