Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Knik-Fairview

We recently stayed a few nights in Anchorage to visit our daughter and overall had a pleasant experience. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, which was a definite highlight for us! The bathroom was clean and functional, making our stay enjoyable. We did notice that the kitchen could have been more user-friendly with a few additional items like extra trash bags, aluminum foil for baking, Ziploc bags, spray oil, kitchen towels, and ice cube trays. It would have made meal prep and clean-up much easier. The washer and dryer were a nice convenience, although the dryer did keep turning off after about 10 minutes, which was a bit inconvenient. On the plus side, the neighborhood was very quiet, and we loved watching people walk their dogs and taking in the beautiful mountain views from the front window. we are happy to say that our needs were met. Thanks for a lovely stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. It felt safe, though I do recommend locking your car and removing or hiding valuables in your vehicle because of the proximity to downtown and the homeless. As a family of 5 we were very comfortable in this townhouse. The amenities were as listed and it was as close to feeling like home as you can hope for while on vacation. Chloe was extremely responsive and helpful! We were thankful for a comfortable “landing pad” during our busy weekend in Anchorage. We would definitely book here again!

Very clean and well furnished. She even provided bath soap, shampoo and q tips. Also she had milk and bakery goods for me in the refrigerator.

My wife and were so fortunate to stay at Chris’s apartment! It was absolutely outstanding! Very convenient location, especially for the Airport. Furnished so nice too! I highly recommend staying here!

This was our second stay at Maria's beautiful airbnb, and it was just as delightful as the first time we were here. Upon arrival, there were tons of snacks and bottled water laid out for us. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. Maria kept in contact with us throughout the weekend to ensure that we had everything we needed, and if there was ever a question, she was very quick to respond. This Airbnb is super easy to find and very close to the airport. There are lots of eateries and stores nearby. It's also very close to the highway. It's a large, beautifully decorated space and the beds are very very comfortable. We had everything we needed here, and it made for a delightful time in Anchorage. Thank you so much Maria for all you do. This was a wonderful stay and we can't wait to come back again.

Kris had the courtesy to host us on the Christmas night, and gives us a warm welcome and a walkthrough of the place! We had a blast here. The place is 5-10min away from walking trail, and 15 min from downtown. Very convenient to tour around. The place itself is spacious and cleans The fireplace is absolutely a plus. Overall, amazing place. Thanks so much for having us!!

Our family had a great stay at Ken's place! He was a very attentive host. With a son in the Air Force, this was our first Christmas together in several years and Ken provided us with a Christmas tree. The house has everything we needed; well stocked kitchen, two large bathrooms, and plenty of living space to spread out. The house feels nicely lived in with books, games, and toys appropriate for adults and children. We spent many nights playing board games at the large dining table. The location is a quiet neighborhood with great mountain views and close to everything; town, shopping, main roads. We even got a lucky view of the Northern Lights from the back porch! I would love to come back in the summer to relax on the deck, look at the mountains, cook on the grill, and watch for animals. Thanks for a wonderful stay Ken!

We loved this place! The location was perfect for being so close to everything. The house was so cute and cozy. It was perfect for the two of us and our pup! The amenities are above and beyond. So thoughtful and so much attention to detail. We cannot wait to return. The hosts were also so sweet and responsive. A very enjoyable experience!

Grace was very accommodating. Her space was nicely decorated and clean, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, loved her cook books, easy access Netflix movies, wonderful location to the heart of town and all the activities, many restaurants in close proximity to the condo. The elevator was a plus. We would recommend and will stay again.

Apartment was clean and comfortable. Appreciated new carpet and nice towels. Beds were very comfortable. Good communication with owner.

The place was great! It’s located by multiple restaurants and things to do. There’s a lot within walking distance. Ben gave clear instructions on where to park and how to get into the place. We would happily stay again!

Steph’s place was perfect for our stay in Anchorage. It’s in a great location and walkable to everything you need. The condo itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The view is beautiful and it has everything you need for a short or long stay.

Carolyn's place in downtown anchorage is fantastic. It is new, clean, had all the accommodations we needed, and is in walking distance to all the downtown stuff. A great base camp for day trips out of the city. We visited in the winter (January) so parking our car in the garage was a big plus. We saw the northern lights, so check that off the bucket list. We will definitely stay here again next trip to Anchorage.

Spacious and comfortable home. We felt right at home as soon as we pulled up. The kitchen was fully stocked and it was nice to have so much countertop space. Kids loved the home and the jetted tub. And we all slept amazing each night! Was a perfect location for our trip.

Sky’s spot was the perfect “crash pad” for us while we explored Anchorage. It’s a quick drive to many amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and walking paths. The home is equipped with all the essentials and the washer and dryer was very convenient. The view from the patio is gorgeous! We will definitely recommend to friends and family!
