Monthly Rentals in Knayton

It was a lovely,well situated cottage. Extremely easy to get to the surrounding north York moors and the dales. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming and had helpful information on the surrounding area. The cottage was very clean and homely. Pub within walking distance just across the bridge in the village. Would recommend walk from the beautiful Sutton bank national park which was only 10 minutes drive from the cottage followed by a lovely drink at the pub in hamby. Would definitely go back and stay there again.

We can’t say enough about Otter Cottage. We stayed two weeks and it felt like home from the minute we arrived until the minute we left. Both Haley and Gary were great at communicating and offering helpful suggestions and recommendations for restaurants, places to see and local attractions. Because I had to work while we were there (remotely) I was concerned with the WiFi since I usually have multiple applications running and Teams Meetings/Calls. The WiFi was perfect and I didn’t have any issues at all the entire time we were there. All amenities are high spec, the couch and bed were SUPER comfortable and the back garden enclosed so our dog could run around contained. Haley and Gary even provided me with some potting soil for a near plant fatality I had! The local Old Oak pub is a five minute walk away and is a true gem with GREAT FOOD. The town itself is charming, with some of the friendliest people we’ve ever met! Will definitely come again!!!

We had a fantastic stay in a fabulous house. It was lovely and felt like a home from home. Our stay could not have been better.The accommodation had everything you could want and more, particularly the extra welcome pack which was very much appreciated.The location is ideal to discover and visit all of what the area has to offer. Absolutely lovely stay at Mistral cottage. Clean and spacious cottage on stunning property. Jeff was very friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. Great location to base ourselves for a few days while we explored Yorkshire. Would highly recommend.
