Beautiful location. Great house for our two family home holiday. Stayed in April and the heating was lovely. The heated pool was a nice surprise. Plenty of private areas if you needed space. Having access to the walking track by the lake was fantastic. House is starting to need some love but still a very lovely stay.

We have really enjoyed staying at this place. This place was beyond what we’ve expected, with great views of the lake and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a lovely girls weekend at this beautiful property. It is so well equipped, has fantastic amenities, and the views are breathtaking.

It was an awesome location, very private and very spacious for a family of 8. Ruby and Tyler are a beautiful couple that make sure you are very comfortable and really make you feel at home.

Absolutely gorgeous! Just like the photos - but better! If you are looking to take in all the best of Taupō with beautiful fresh air and a Mountain View then this gorgeous home is a great rental! We loved spending time here and would definitely come back! The space was super clean and access to the home was easy. Any question that I had was very quickly answered! Absolutely stunning home with everything you could need and so close to the town centre. We really enjoyed how private the outdoor entraining area felt.

We had a fabulous time, bach is perfect for two families. Had a blast with the pool, tennis court, large garden, and pool table keeping everyone busy having fun. An easy stroll to Floating Rock for lunch, with the river, reserve and lake nearby too. Tracy was very responsive, helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again.

A beautiful, comfortable home in a great location. The outdoor area was particularly lovely. Karyn was great - sent us very clear instructions for check in, in plenty of time and gave us some great recommendations for places to eat etc. we had a wonderful time.

We stayed for one night while travelling down the North Island. The house was easy to access and was fully fenced which was ideal as we have a dog and 2 young children. The place was clean and tidy and was family friendly.

Exceptional property and stay. Accurately described in the words and photos, spacious, and plenty of room for our large family. Very well appointed with everything we needed. Use of the full size garage which was awesome for storing gear. The blinds in the lounge and bedrooms made it easy to keep it cool in the evening! Very responsive and helpful host, who were very easy to contact and accommodating. Would 100% stay again

A beautiful house, clean and great facilities. So close to the lake and fun to use the kayaks and ride bikes to town. great outdoor eating area even if raining. Thank you for your hospitality and a great house for 5 adults.

amazing house with stunning views

Wow! Stunning views all around and amazing sunsets. Very quiet and peaceful. House is exactly as described and more. Has everything you need, all amenities provided. Very comfortable beds, large bathroom and two toilets. Outdoor furniture provided. Outdoor bath was extra special for our overseas visitors. Lovely friendly host with good communication and instructions on location. Will definitely return. Thank you Cyn, one of the best places we have ever stayed in :-).

Loved our stay. Felt very safe & secure being that it is tucked away from street view with electronic coded door lock. Loads of restaurants deliver. Quick drive into town without having to take the ‘main strip’. Was simply brilliant & loved the special Christmas touches that made it feel very much like home.

My family and friends have a fantastic stay at this place! The space was clean, comfortable, especially the fireplace，makes the whole house warm and dry in the winter. The host was very responsive and made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
