Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Kingston upon Hull

A lovely, spacious family home with plenty of room for everyone. The setting suited us perfectly, a big private driveway, lots of parking, and backing on to open fields. The kitchen diner is a great space, with patio doors out to a large garden. The sitting room is also lovely and very spacious. The house was spotlessly clean and well-equipped with the basics, there was a big range cooker which was perfect as we were cooking for a small family gathering. With such a large space downstairs and all the facilities, it was also easily accessible for family members who are not so mobile. The location is very easy to find, a few minutes from the M180 but in the peaceful village of Belton. Alison was very helpful, always quick to respond, and nothing was too much trouble. All in all we had a great stay, thank you.

All I can say is Wow! Victor has been an incredible host when we have had to leave our property due to a leak. Extremely attentive, checked in with us to make sure everything was okay, and brought us fresh bedding after the first week. The house looks exactly like the photos, lovely and clean. Felt like a home away from home! Victor was very speedy with his responses too. Thank you so much for making a very stressful time, a lot more tolerable.

Have stopped in Kelly’s properties a couple times and always spot on, great communication and great stays would definitely recommend

We loved the house it was spotless and spacious great for a family. Modern kitchen and bathroom. great location, a short walk into Cleethorpes. Super comfy beds too.

This was a lovely place to stay, extremely clean & tidy and lovely decor. It was walkable distance to the beach, arcades, shops, town, pubs & restaurants. Couldn’t ask for more really.

Nice house. Spotlessly clean and newly decorated. Easy parking and a short walk from local amenities and the sea front. Would stay again.

A wonderful ground-floor flat as part of a small estate of similar homes. Immaculately clean, plenty of light and large bedrooms. Alan and Lindsay were very responsive, with Alan even coming to greet us in person when we arrived. Great stay, nothing fell short of expectations.

Good central location in busy interesting town, lots to do with very good plaques around the town. Good choice of shops and an excellent greengrocer/deli. Flat was very clean and comfortable.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. Value for money. Pristine. Fantastic hamper - very kind. Decorated for Christmas- lovely touch. Would love to return and stay as our son is at York University for another 2 years. So peaceful. Lovely accessibility to green spaces. Thank you very much Ellie 💖

lovely place to stay at. the hosts were very responsive and helpful. the apartment is perfect for a little weekend get away while still having the benefit of feeling at home. unfortunately, our trip was cut short due to family events but will definitely be rebooking when we can.

We both had a fantastic time away on our weekend in Bridlington and Dean's flat was a perfect place to stay. There is a well equiped kitchen, a lovely living room and bedroom. All rooms are light and airy and have large windows that overlook the surrounding area. We definitely would have no hesitation in staying again sometime in the future. Adrian and Kayleigh. ,

We were extremely impressed with David’s place. The location is very peaceful but still convenient for the city and getting out further afield. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The enclosed garden was very good for the dogs and for sitting in the April sunshine. Very comfortable and great value for money.

Excellent weekend stay, apartment was super clean and tidy. We loved the fact it was dog friendly! The apartment is easily accessible and situated above a row of shops, I expected a little noise however it was very peaceful and quiet the whole weekend. The large bed was a little too soft for us to sleep on (but that is personal preference). There were snacks & milk left out for us which was great. Would stay again!

We stayed at Jame's place as we were going to an event at Bridlington Spa. The location was central for the town, seafront, harbour and Bridlington Spa. We were met by Tina who was very friendly and helpful. James pre-booked parking for us which was only 5 minutes walk away. The apartment suited our needs and we have booked to stay again later in the year.

A lovely space, just as described, in a very quiet neighbourhood. It was easy to walk into Beverley with all its attractions. Although there wasnt an allocated parking space, it was easy to get parked nearby. Becky answered all my queries very quickly.

We had a lovely stay. It was certainly true about the proximity to the bell tower and the sound of the bells . Fortunately we really liked it.

We visited as at a wedding near by. Great nights stay no issues at all and great communication. Thank you
