Holiday rentals with a patio in Kingston Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at Jana’s place! We spent 4 nights when we first arrived in Tasmania and found it to be a good spot for exploring the area. A few small beaches in walking distance (or Sandy Bay about a 5-7 minute drive), and a nice bushwalk nearby on the Allum Cliffs trail (we even saw a kangaroo!). Hobart CBD is just 10 minutes by car, or there is a bus to Hobart or Kingston a few blocks away. It was lovely to hear the birdsong first thing in the morning and enjoy a coffee out on the patio. The bed was very comfortable and the suite was very clean and well-equipped. Jana’s guidebook contained useful information, and she even left a few treats for us, which were appreciated. Great value and a lovely, peaceful, quiet place to stay.

This was a fantastic Airbnb for a last minute trip to Hobart for a family emergency. Clean, modern and comfortable. All the amenities we needed and extremely compassionate and responsive communication from the host. Highly recommend this accomodation for a family or group booking.

The Elizabeth House is a great place to stay in Hobart CBD. Much better than hotels in a way that it makes you feel like a local living in a home full of character. The house is half of the experience of our first Hobart trip. There are squeaks and some music can be heard from neighbours but nothing loud enough to keep you awake at night. The house itself is so spacious — more than expected. Clean and the bed very comfy. The kitchen is well-equipped, although we ate out during our stay, and didnt get to use it other than the fridge. Cafes and restaurants just a few steps away. It was a great experience and would highly recommend this lovely home.

We had a wonderful stay here. It proximity to all things Hobart is second to none. the place is well fitted out and spacious for a big family. we were very comfortable and would definitely stay again.

Very warm & accomodating. Place was flawlessly clean and tidy. They have thought of every single convenience imaginable, they put a lot of effort into ensuring stay was very lovely.

Jo and Felicity have created a great little space at Kingston Beach, perfect for couples and small families of 3 to base themselves while exploring the area. It’s well appointed, clean and located on the water which has a great chill type of vibe. The noise from local cafes wasn’t intrusive and added to the overall atmosphere of beachfront accommodation. Plenty of choice for coffee (although Eb&Flo directly underneath was my favorite) and 2 minutes drive from a local shopping centre if you need anything else. Would definitely stay again if we make it back to Tasmania.

I highly recommend Melanie’s apartment if you are visiting Hobart. The apartment itself is modern and very clean with all the amenities you need for a longer stay. It also has a lovely roof top to enjoy the afternoon sun. Melanie was very helpful in local recommendations for restaurants which are all in walking distance. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at Melanie’s listing if I were to visit Hobart again .

The interior is spacious and feels rich and inviting, thanks to the thoughtfully curated artworks. The choice of home appliances enhances the experience, making cooking and enjoying snacks at home feel premium. We had a fantastic time staying here. There is ample parking space on the side of the street and in front of the garage. The neighborhood is very convenient, with a supermarket and restaurants accessible within a 5-minute drive. Jay is also highly responsive and a pleasure to communicate with. I highly recommend this place to other guests.

An Amazing Stay! This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could have needed. The location was ideal—close to everything yet quiet enough for a relaxing escape. Anna was incredibly welcoming and responsive, providing detailed instructions and great recommendations for local spots. The little touches, like the welcome snacks and fresh towels, made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to return. Second time I’ve stayed at Arthurton central and loved it. Beautifully luxurious in all inclusions and amenities. Well appointed kitchen and large, comfortable bedrooms. Easy walk to Salamanca and battery point. A wonderful property and very communicative and helpful host.

What a gorgeous stay. It was a delight to enter this beautiful space which feels light, airy and spacious. And what a wonderful to surprise to be greeted with a bowl of fruit and breakfast options! The beds are super comfy and such comfortable bed linen, there were plenty of towels and the shower had great pressure - something I really appreciate! We loved walking the short distance to the beach which is a lively spot with walkers, families and morning swimmers. Kingston Beach cafes are a few minutes walk away and whilst getting a coffee from the local cafe we really felt the community spirit. Roxy and Ambre's communication was second to none, warm, helpful and really fast. This was a truly lovely stay!

Great location in the heart of the city, close to everything. Ellie and Andrew were easy to communicate with and their place was modern, super- clean, and included all the amenities and plenty of extras to make our stay very comfortable.

Our family really enjoyed our stay in Hobart. One of the major reasons was the place we stayed. First of all, the room was very clean and well decorated. Next, there were many available items and kitchenware. Also, there was a fireplace that came surprisingly handy when we got to roast marshmallows. The location is very close to many famous places in Hobart and the hosts were very friendly and recommended a local restaurant to us. The only problem was the steep and narrow driveway. But overall it was a very nice place to stay.

Brian was a great host with clear instructions. He was friendly and gave a welcome gift - a large fresh abalone which he personally dive caught! The house is clean and clutter free. The plants were also lovely and added to the character of the house. Location is good - near to Hobart city and in a quiet neighbourhood. Would recommend. :)

Great place to stay in. Too bad we didn't had enough time to really enjoy the nice house, as we travel a lot outside. But it feels very much comfortable in the house.
