It was clean, comfortable and cosy. It was close to amenities and Station. It was very peaceful and felt at home.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at number 11 and it definitely won’t be the last! Such a beautiful property with everything you need for a few days away. Good location for exploring Devon. Would highly recommend 😊

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.

I stayed at Pip's for 6 weeks whilst on a clinical placement. Pip was wonderful and so helpful. Any questions I had were answered so promptly and she really made my stay enjoyable. the studio itself was super cozy, and really spacious, even with the bed extended out. It had everything I wanted, the bathroom was lovely; by the end I didn't want to leave! Only a short drive to Dartmoor or Exeter we were spoilt for choice for how to spend the weekends. I'd recommend staying with Pip to anyone.
