Very spacious bedrooms, purpose set up as an Airbnb by experienced hosts. Relax, enjoy the ocean and central location with full time dedicated hosts.

Melaleuca Mansion is a fabulous spot nestled in Vivonne Bay. Private, rustic, clean as a pin, lovely linen and a well stocked kitchen. This is a tune out, chillax and immerse yourself in total peace type of place. We barbecued most nights and enjoyed beach walks when we weren’t exploring the rest of the island. For those new to a composting toilet - it does not smell at all. Very impressed. Also, hot water came on very fast so minimal wastage. Heidi went to great efforts to ensure our stay was comfortable. Thoroughly recommend Melaleuca Mansion.

We had a wonderful stay at Shauna’s property. Big rooms, new carpet, comfy beds with clean linen and a fantastic view from the upstairs living space greeted us at Sea Breeze. The kitchen was well equipped and we had plenty of room to spread out. Walking distance to the beach and in a beautiful quiet spot at Vivonne Bay, we had great access to the island for our daily sightseeing. Shauna was in touch to check that we had everything we needed, and even sent us a message on the fire ban day to ensure we were safe and prepared. Thank you for a great stay.

The place is beautiful! Incredibly peaceful and private. We stayed for 2 nights, and changed our plans so we spent more time at the cabin rather than driving around the island. Sitting on the deck with a coffee first thing watching the sunrise and then reading my book, with the only sound the crashing of waves was a wonderful way to spend a weekend. The place is simple with everything you need and very clean. Loved that we could walk along the small track to the cliff tops and watch dolphins in the water. Will definitely come back to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Emu Bay, the location was amazing. Very private, great views of the bush and countryside. A short walk to the picturesque Emu Bay beach (although a very steep walk back home - requires some level of fitness). Close to Emu Bay playground and Cafe, and lavender farm (for great scones).

The perch was such a peaceful, private and relaxing stay. The bnb has the most beautiful views of the valley and ocean. It's situated perfectly away from the hustle and bustle of kingscote but close enough if you you need to make the trip. Bitumen road access. Located a short drive from see stokes bay/beach and rockpool cafe. Jenny is a generous host and furnished the perch so beautifully. Really thoughtful, homey touches. We had an issue with the power on the island but she was to our rescue with a generator and a prompt responder throughout the debacle. I would recommend this accommodation to any couple wanting a relaxing, romantic trip away from city life. Thanks for a memorable stay Jenny and family :) JJ x

Marion was a wonderful host, responding quickly to our enquiries. It was peaceful, private & a very short drive to the IGA, cafes, beach & shops of Penneshaw. Was great to watch the sunsets & sunrises from the deck & to see the wildlife. Marion's provisions for breakfast was a lovely touch & much appreciated. If you're looking for somewhere quiet to wind down after a busy day exploring the island, it's the perfect place to be, on the deck watching the sunset, the cows, the birds, the kangaroos & the ferry's coming & going, while enjoying a relaxing drink.

Jessica’s listing was accurate and the view from the deck was more stunning than expected! The opportunity to see kangaroo and glossy black cockatoo was a treat. Jessica was very responsive to questions and the space created a great opportunity for a special family vacation. Highly recommend.
