Holiday rentals with lake access in Kingscliff

Thank you for an amazing last minute long weekend away. This is what my family needed after the week we had. I recommend this beautiful home.

Carmels house was an ideal family holiday home. So many things to do; kayaks and surf boards provided, pool toys and the table tennis tournaments were hectic!! So many comfortable spots to relax, enough room to get away from each other if needed. Shops, beach, cafes in walking distance. A great house in a beautiful part of NSW.

The perfect place for a girls weekend. Central kitchen, great coffee machine and wine fridge, amazing pool to lounge around, great BBQ area. And then the paddle board and bikes for us all, couldn’t have been better. We loved how close it was to the beach and then waterway right behind them for a long paddle. What a unique and perfect spot. Incredible service to come and help us when needed. Katie and Jake are very generous and friendly!

Staying att Gillians place was a highlight of our vacation, her place is even more stunning in reality. I highly recommend it to anyone that wants to have easy access to everything the Byron Shire has to offer and still be able to land back in a house that is comfortable, beautiful and with a feeling of home away from home. Fantastic house and location. The fishing jetty a minutes' walk away was an added bonus. Beautiful outlook onto park and river. House was cool, safe and quiet and perfect for a relaxing family getaway. Large modern kitchen had everything we needed to cater Christmas lunch. Yard is dog friendly and there is an off-leash dog park a short walk away so the whole family was happy. Jason is super responsive to messages and check in and check out instructions very clear and easy to follow. Can't wait for our next holiday as we will definitely return.

It was a great place for all the family to celebrate a special birthday. Pool was great for grandkids. Plenty of room for being together and relaxing. It’s a close to everything we needed and certainly in a beautiful part of the northern NSW beaches. Loved our stay!!

This was a great hub for us with lots of kids to entertain! The kids spent hours in the pool, exploring the waterway at the bottom of the garden and everyone had ample space inside when needed. Comfy beds, lots of great storage, air con! Thanks so much Ash!

We were away for a girls trip and all 5 of us were impressed with the unit. So much space, very clean, air conditioned and walking distance to everything. Very quiet even though we were on main esplanade.

We stayed here for one week in mid Feb 2025 - good size beautiful clean one bedroom unit with fully equipped kitchen and free parking. It’s only 5 mins walk to the famous beach, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and tons of activities. We had such a good time here!

Great communication. Fast response time to any silly queries I had. Easy access & departure procedures. Abundance of amenities to make our stay hassle free, when we forgot something. Which we did!! 🤦‍♀️ Highly recommended..

3rd time we've stayed at Chris's place with our 2 fur babies. He is such a great host. We sought flood safe refuge during Cyclone Alfred and it was the best decision. Chris had planned to be away before he knew it was coming, but continued to manage everything perfectly. He messaged and rang daily to check we were ok. When power went out, he sent a handy man to check is everything was safe. We were also walking distance from cafes, that mostly stayed open. It's just such a handy location and the unit is lovely and comfortable. Chris (who lives next door) is always great with our fur babies, and nothing is too much of a bother. What a beautiful space to spend a weekend. From the moment you enter the property the relaxation hits! Gorgeous surroundings, the creek off the main road is perfect. Girls weekend away was spent mostly in the kitchen or on the verandah chatting and it was perfect for both. Beautiful cottage - highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Beach! The house and surrounding area are tranquil and filled with natural beauty. The beach and creek are just a short walk away, making it the perfect base for our trip!

Great place and location

You won’t find a better stay, or hosts! It’s so spacious, private and has everything you need to call it home for however long you want to stay. Konrad and Michelle met us and made us feel welcome from the offset, they gave us so much information, recommendations, and even a guided tour of some of the other amazing areas of the property they have; waterfalls, rock pools and incredible wildlife. The home itself was clean, spacious, and had lots of board games to keep yourself entertained. We can’t recommend this more. Thanks for everything, Konrad & Michelle!

Real Gem of a place ! Even better than the pictures. We had a girls retreat here, was very peaceful, quiet and right next to the most amazing beach. The host was extremely helpful and responsive and the house was clean and comfortable. Nothing beats the view of the creek. Would book again !

Beautiful spot! House has everything you need, and feels like you’re living in the forest. Little swimming hole at the bottom of the property adds some extra magic. Very close to federal general store/doma. Would definitely recommend this place.
