Monthly Rentals in Kings Point

I had the best stay at Philips place! It was so clean and cozy. I loved that the kitchen was well equipped. The apartment had everything I needed and was located is the most convenient position near the train station. Philip is so friendly, kind and helpful. Travelling on my own as a female, I am very cautious about safety… the apartment felt so safe and Philip did everything to make me feel comfortable and at home. Thanks so much, will definitely be back again! Highly recommend.

I enjoyed staying at Eves place. very private with separate entry. easy to find and spacious. Bed is very comfortable, the room is newly renovated and has a comfortable desk to work. the coffee/kitchen area had everything needed and is very organized

This was, without a doubt, the best Airbnb I’ve stayed in here in Queens. Hale is an awesome host. Checks in to see how you are and if you need anything regularly. She created an amazingly clean, peaceful and convenient space that was perfect for my stay. A lot of thought has gone into setting this apartment up and it will make your stay there very pleasant.

The stay was really great. Noelva was an awesome host and it was really wonderful to have met her. Will definitely go back.
