Beachfront holiday rental in Kings Beach

From the moment we arrived at Kathy’s place, we felt completely relaxed. The boudoir is beautifully designed, cozy yet spacious and exceptionally well-appointed. The space is thoughtfully utilised, featuring a huge modern bathroom that really feels like a luxury retreat. Kathy has gone above and beyond with thoughtful touches, from essentials and extra goodies in the kitchen to inflatables and towels for the pool, plus a well stocked selection of toiletries in the bathroom. The pool area is fantastic. It’s private and serene and we had no trouble finding our way when arriving at nighttime. The location is our new favourite on the coast. We loved strolling to Moffat and Dicky beach where an array of tasty cafes and restaurants await, but honestly, we were just as happy unwinding at the accommodation. It was the perfect getaway for 2 and we can’t thank Kathy and Alain enough for their hospitality. A truly wonderful stay. We’ll definitely be back!

What a beautiful space, all the amenities you could think of and more. Fully self contained including little touches like washing powder and a usb power point. Gorgeous, modern fit out and brilliant that it's doggo friendly. My dog loved going down the beach path at the end of the road to the 24hr dog friendly beach. Whitehaven was exactly what we needed for a Christmas family holiday. Comfortable, quiet, private but with access to great amenities and a very short walk to an uncrowded beach that felt luxurious at this time of year. The house was easy to live in with so many ‘extras’ and the local IGA and shops provided all we needed. Everyone wants to return next summer.

Perfect location with short walk to dog friendly beach and close access to cafes, restaurants and shops. Despite being so close to central Peregian, the apartment was so quiet and peaceful. Loved hearing the ocean from the main bedroom! The apartment was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed to make it a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Perfect host and perfect accomodation for my family and dog’s needs. We felt right at home! Fantastic amenities and location right by the beach. Plenty to do and had everything provided to get by, even some beautiful art around the home created by Anne for everyone to admire :) Thanks so much for welcoming us stay and enjoy your home. Perfect location couldn’t get nearer to Shelly Beach. Peaceful yet walking distance to Moffat Beach. Marie was always responsive and respectful. Very clean with nice touches . Highly recommended.

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful house! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, just steps from the beach, with stunning ocean views. The house itself was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. Lots of natural lighting. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the living room was cozy and perfect for unwinding after a day of sun. Sharka was extremely helpful and responsive, offering great local recommendations for where to eat in the area. I only wished the elevator was working. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat by the sea. Can’t wait to come back!

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

We had a fantastic time at this property! The location is amazing, with breathtaking views and super easy access to the beautiful beach. The house itself is great value for money, and everything was in good condition. The host was incredibly kind and accommodating, even going the extra mile to receive some parcels for us before our arrival, which was much appreciated. The only small thing to note is that cleanliness could have been slightly better, but this may have just been a one-off as previous reviews were very positive. It didn’t impact our stay at all, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. We’d definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again in the future!

The good stuff: The apartment was spacious, well equipped, good location, and we really enjoyed the pool, sauna, and private hot tub. The area is quiet and a good place to relax. Our stay was overall good and comfortable. The not so good stuff: There were dirty dishes from the last guest in the dishwasher, a previous guests’ dirty/wet/smelly towels in the basket on top of the dryer, and water marks in tables/bedside tables from previous guests. Disappointing when paying a $200 cleaning fee.

We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday at Andy’s beautiful home. The place is beautifully designed with every detail thought through. The place is stunning and very well appointed from kitchen to games and books, sunscreen and beach towels. The home was spotless and had a great feel to it. There are a number of decks with stunning ocean views and the plunge pool was a very well used feature and a favourite with our 11 year old. The home is a short walk to the beach and easy walk or drive to Peregian shops and restaurants. We loved our stay and will hopefully stay there again.

Thankyou Melissa for a wonderful stay. The apartment was perfect, it smelt amazing, it was clean and comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The view of the beach was so lovely and relaxing, being able to hear the waves from our rooms. Great communication and responsiveness. I would love to come back in the future!

We stayed at Catherine’s place while on the coast for the weekend. It was perfect for what we wanted and meant we could have our furkids with us. The space is very nice, with the outdoor area and pool topping it off. We’d happily stay here again.

Simon was super helpful, instructions were impeccable giving clear indication of where everything was. We will Definitely be back to this beautifully secluded area. Amazing home with everything you need to relax!

A Perfect Coastal Getaway We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment in Caloundra! The location is unbeatable – just a short stroll to the beach and town, making it easy to enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. A group of 6 ladies had a 2 night stay in Julie-Anne’s Apartment and we had a wonderful weekend. The Apartment was fabulous, very comfortable, clean, with amazing water views. It is very rare to find an Apartment with 4 bedrooms at a reasonable price so this is a stand out and I would highly recommend this Apartment for large groups. We will certainly stay again. Fabulous peaceful place to stay! Unit was lovely, well appointed with lots of thoughtful touches throughout to feel comfortable and homely. Welcome goodies in fridge were nice. Comfy beds, pillows and soft towels. Pool and spa facilities were excellent. Location was great, close to beach and cafes. Also close to nature with bush and birdsong which we enjoyed. Close to plenty of attractions nearby too. Simon was very responsive with clear and easy check in instructions. We’re looking forward to coming back again!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachhouse. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a lovely nostalgic feel, it is a fantastic location for a relaxing beachside stay. We had a lovely stay at this charming 70s-style beach house. The nearby beach, while beautiful, seemed a bit dangerous for swimming, but we enjoyed swimming safely between the flags at Caloundra Beach, which is only a short distance away. There, you'll find great cafes, restaurants, and playgrounds. The house itself was comfortable, although it got a bit warm without air conditioning, but there were fans available to keep things cool. One thing to note is that the decking around the house could be dangerous for small children, so extra caution is needed. David was an excellent and responsive host, making sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing beach getaway!

Alex is an amazing and friendly communicator and also a very kind and caring host. Our trip got cut short due to the rain and Alex was so helpful and apologetic for us not getting the trip we wanted. She was very lovely and helpful. Can I speak Kylie enough about Alex as an amazing host. Keep up the great work. Accommodation it self was beautiful in an amazing spot. Had the weather been better, It would’ve been perfect.
