Beachfront holiday rental in Kings Beach

Fabulous few days here. Relaxing place, just as described. Enjoyed the pool & the Boudoir had everything we needed. Kathy & Alain were very friendly & couldn’t be more helpful. Thanks very much.

My friend, her dog, and myself really, really loved Deryn's place. It was thoughtfully designed and curated with all things you would need for a comfortable and aesthetic stay. Very quiet neighborhood at the end of the cul-de-sac. Takes about 4 minutes to walk to the beach down the lovely walk/bike path. Such a gorgeous beach, and was often empty. Deryn provided local recommendations along with a map of the area and how to get around. I really appreciated that Deryn took the time to welcome us and show us around. Would stay here again the next time I visit Australia!!

A fabulous place for 5 work colleagues to stay while attending a conference at the local hospital. Plenty of room for all of us to stay very comfortably with beautiful spacious shared spaces in and outside. The location is close to the beach allowing for lovely walks along the beach. We all agreed that would love to return to these gorgeous house with our individual families. Anne and David were fantastic hosts!!!!

We had a wonderful time at Marie's place on the beach. The place was spotlessly clean with just the right amount of kitchen supplies to cook meals. There were a few items that required fixing but they were attended to by the hosts immediately. Can't recommend this home more for a relaxing beach holiday. Thank you for your warm hospitality

It was great to return to Charity's house. The combination of a pool plus easy walking access to the beach is a real winner. Charity's house includes lots of lovely extras that you don't get at other properties.....toys, beach equipment, scooters, bikes, LOTS of glasses, seriously fabulous kitchen, wine fridge, quality crockery and cutlery, aircon, etc. We loved the Friday night food market in Marcoola and the lovely relaxed vibe of the area. We'd definitely recommend this property.

What a location! Walk to beach and coffee. Hike Mt Coolum and cool off in the pool. Space for the teenagers and little kids. A great family holiday house

Lynne was super forward and upfront and really easy to communicate with. She was very responsive and her instructions were super clear and easy to follow. Her room was comfortable with a nice little seaside vibe in there. Super happy with everything and would definitely stay there again

We loved our 5 night stay! The apartment is beautifully appointed with everything a couple needs for a great stay. Hank and Hailz were super communicative not that we ever felt a need to reach out. Secure car parking, great location, excellent facilities within the complex. Friendly tenants and care staff. Bocca restaurant next door is excellent and the Market wine store world class. all in all 10/10

Fantastic stay in a fabulous apartment. The views are amazing and the property is very cool and comfortable. It had everything we needed and the pool access was a bonus! It’s a great location, the beach is so close and Peregian Beach has some lovely breakfast spots and is easily walkable. Aaron has been super helpful and has responded to everything very quickly. We look forward to returning!

The view of the beach was so lovely and relaxing, being able to hear the waves from our rooms. Great communication and responsiveness. I would love to come back in the future!

My family and I loved spending our break at the beautiful Glen Eden. We will absolutely be back. The Pool was awesome and so was the convenient walk to the beach.

We had a very nice stay at Catherine's house. We had the whole downstairs and backyard to ourselves so it felt very private, like our own home regardless of Catherine living upstairs. Catherine's communication was amazing and the house was well kept and tidy. As a small family it was great to have a big pool and outdoor area to play, plenty of rooms and a washing machine to use. We plan to stay here again if we can!!

A Perfect Coastal Getaway We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment in Caloundra! The location is unbeatable – just a short stroll to the beach and town, making it easy to enjoy everything the Sunshine Coast has to offer. The view of the water from the apartment is stunning, and we loved relaxing on the spacious outdoor area, soaking it all in. The apartment itself is huge, impeccably clean, and equipped with everything we needed to feel completely at home. The kitchen is a standout – big, modern, and stocked with generous pantry and fridge supplies, plus a fantastic coffee machine that made mornings extra special. The little luxuries really made a difference, from the dimmed lights creating a cozy ambiance to the large TV and king lounge suite perfect for unwinding. I booked the apartment for my mother and her friends for her 80th birthday. They had a wonderful time and could not speak highly enough of the property and the view. Definitely would recommend.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Beachhouse. Comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with a lovely nostalgic feel, it is a fantastic location for a relaxing beachside stay.
