Monthly Rentals in Kingarth

I booked this accommodation as I needed to be on the ground floor for my aunt and uncle and the price was within our budget. We all thoroughly enjoyed the peaceful and beautiful surroundings. We had a car but the local bus route to Ettrick Bay via Rothesay stops outside the door of the accommodation. The flat itself was very homely, clean and fresh. We will definitely be back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fencefoot Farm and were only sorry we didn’t meet Bernard. The restaurant on the same site was absolutely brilliant, delicious fresh food and extremely good value. The house is a little noisy being close to the main road, but we did know that in advance, and the garden was enclosed and safe for our dogs. We had a good 4 days with the most amazing sunny spring weather

Perfect for our family trip with real sense of spaciousness yet by no means lacking in soul. Location with its splendid views was ideal and all 3 generations enjoyed saying hello to the young calves; Kate was very helpful and responsive to queries and requests

Fabulous location looking out towards Isle of Arran and beyond. Easy access to coast and ports for taking ferry rides to Cumbrae and Bute. Friendly host. Very quiet at night. Cottage well laid out and spacious and enclosed garden for the dogs. Everyone happy!
