We had an excellent stay! The property is spacious, clean, and quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. Its location is fantastic, offering easy access to York, Whitby, Scarborough, and Flamborough. And it’s Dog friendly!! The host is very friendly and helpful. We truly enjoyed our time here.

This was a wonderful stay with Mary and her partner who both made me feel welcome and at home. Both the peaceful aesthetic of the 'hut' combined with occasional appearance of some very well behaved and good natured animal companions made this stay unforgettable. I highly recommend the 'hut' to anyone looking for a pleasant experience in this quaint seaside getaway.

The Pump House is a lovely little cottage furnished to a high standard and spotlessly clean, the feature point is the well in the bedroom, absolutely amazing what the owners have done. Lovely place to relax, beautiful scenery and only a short drive away to Beverley, Hornsea and Flamborough to name but a few places, we only stayed on a short break. A few goodies on arrival for us which was a very kind thought, would not hesitate recommending to family and friends and we hope to return again, it was perfect short break. Lovely peaceful place for us to stay with our three dogs for New Year. A lovely setting with so much green space. Kate was a great host with local knowledge and recommendations. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay.
