Monthly Rentals in Kildun

We had a brilliant stay at Áine’s property! It is conveniently located less than a five minute drive from Westport town and very easy to find. We had a smooth check in facilitated by Margaret the caretaker who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the property. The house itself is gorgeous and perfect for a group due to the extra beds in the rooms. The kitchen is well equipped and perfect for self catering. Overall, Áine was a great host and we had a fabulous stay at her property.

One of those wonderful places you want to keep a secret! The hexagon was spotless, had everything we needed and the bathroom was just a few steps away. Sadly didn't get to meet Irma but she sent us plenty of information to help us have a great time. Was wonderful to wake up to the beautiful scenery each morning and listen to the constant bird song. Would have loved to stay longer than 5 nights, especially as we had 3 beautiful hot and sunny days to explore. We have stayed in lots of airbnbs but this was definitely number 1! Thank you Irma.

The place is lovely, looking out onto trees and greenery with mountains in the background. The place had everything I needed for a 2 week stay, and the walks around the local area are beautiful. The cabin is quite close to the road which is busy, and so there is quite a bit of road noise which drowns out the sound of the babbling brook so idealically murmuring next to the cabin. Bathroom is small but totally functional. What I thought was an oven in the photos was a microwave but the kitchen is functional. Had a spacious feeling inside, the host and her sister are beautiful and generous. I was able to do my laundry at the Old Rectory. A beautiful and much enjoyed time. The bus to Westport is easy to catch so its simple to get around without a car. Recommend this cute little cabin

Had an incredibly enjoyable stay in Marie’s cottage. I could not honestly say a bad thing. Marie and the others were incredibly kind and approachable. The cottage was clean and comfortable, it had everything we needed like pots and pans. The fridge had essentials such as milk, butter etc. they left us bread, coffee, tea… the location was great, right beside the green way and also if you took a right you would end up right in Westport quay. We took bikes with us and it only took us 18 mins max to get into town. Highly highly recommend staying here. Would come again 100%.
