Great place to stay when visiting. - It is well located in the city. - The apartment is very clean. - The host is great at communication. - Everything you need is available at the place, even some games. - There are many many cabinets, wardrobes and places to store your stuff, very practical! - The view is excellent, overlooking the city, you can see the hills and up to the lake Songkhla, beautiful! - The facilities (called Health center at 6th floor) cost 100thb per day, the swimming pool is nice, the gym is big. Few things could be better though: - The bed is too hard to sleep comfortably in my opinion. Not sure why it is like this, but I found the sofa way more comfortable! - There could be a softer option for lighting (more cosy for the evening), all the lights in all the rooms are ultra white strong like hospital. - The gym in the building could be better maintained, from all the 20 cardio machines, only 1 was working correctly! - Crossing by foot road in front is difficult.

Nice apartment for a short stay of a few days. Clean. Comfortable bed. Air conditioner works well. There is everything you need, even an electrical extension cord. Host even offered a pack of 6 bottles of water. Accommodation a bit smaller than in the pictures. A car may be necessary for travel. Personally, I took Grab and it was enough. Safe and quiet area, we sleep well. A nice gym and a nice swimming pool. Very good WiFi !!

perfect room for anyone wanting to stay in Hat Yai. very clean, great WiFi, close to the Central shopping mall. There is a laundry in the building but also there is a new laundry opposite the building for busy times. the host is super responsive to messages and seems vert friendly and polite. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone coming to Hat Yai

Clean and comfortable accommodation with private parking, located at the 19th floor of a condo. A big pool is available only at daytime for swimming and relax. The area is very quiet, with a guard at the entrance. Internet is very fast, I did a speed test and it was around 200mbps in download and 150 in upload, very good to work remotely with Italy. Netflix is available for free. I think I will come back again on my next trip to Hatyai.
