The location was great. The condo was spotless and super clean. Everything was perfect. Quiet and friendly. The communication with the owners was worth the price alone! Very sweet couple who responded to any of my needs immediately 24/7. Looking forward to returning. As you can see the price for what you get is unbelievable. Cheers Thomas

For the price it was great. The Internet was a little slow but other than that it was fine.

It's not a very busy street, but it's a street with enough maritimes. Convenience stores and hypermarkets near quiet neighborhoods are good. It's very good.

Without a doubt, The Palm is the best condominium in the area. We have been here for the past 3 years and enjoyed each time. Rattana was an excellent host with great communication both before and during our stay. The apartment is ideal for a couple with a great view from the balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was first class. There are numerous supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much that we have already booked our stay for next year. Once again, I cannot overstate how helpful Rattana has been during our stay. Highly recommended.
