We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Pankaj and Aayush were so friendly and helpful, offering valuable local tips and making us feel truly welcome. The listing was very spacious and exactly like the photos. Adarsh is really a gem of a person. She accepted our early check-in request and made all arrangements to make sure we feel comfortable. The cafe attached to listing was a real treat – the food was incredibly tasty and a refreshing ambience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

There are no words for how much I loved my stay at the farm. I came here as a solo female on my first trip to India and couldn’t have found a better introduction. The setting is incredible, the room is charming and private, but on top of that, Ashok the caretaker is just a treasure, and Sachin who was the recommended taxi driver was also a delight. I felt like I was saying goodbye to family after only 4 nights. Niyati and Abhi were out of town for a friend’s wedding and even so were incredibly attentive and proactive about making sure I had an excellent stay. I can’t recommend them enough. If you are wanting to be in the middle of the tourist attractions of Dharamshala and Mcleodganj, this is not the place for you. It is 45 minutes out, which was very doable for the days I wanted to spend up there but obviously not in the thick of it. But if you want peaceful beauty and local experience and truly delightful care, don’t miss this place.

We checked in this super amazing property with a group of 4 people…our stay was really amazing…starting from super clean property,peaceful surroundings and above all (superb caretaker…Rohit Ji)…we wanted a stay where we could be witnessing nature and only nature..and this stay made us feel the same…Special thanks to the caretaker Mr Rohit Ji for taking me for an amazing trek between the mountains and amazing location..The host Mr Kush was really very supportive and he guided me with everything…neat and clean rooms,lovely kitchen and super spacious rooms…if you are in Dharamshala(dont dare to miss this stay)…i had the best moments of my life here…thank you to the host and the amazing caretaker…

We had a most delightful stay at Rama's place. The picturesque location is one of the best peaceful escape from the hustle bustle of daily life. Despite the compact size, the space was well-lit, making it perfect for the winters. If you like reading in the open space, this Airbnb is a perfect match! Rama's warmth and hospitality truly made our experience unforgettable. She arranged for a cab to pick us up from the airport. She's incredibly sweet and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. I would highly recommend Rama's place. We can't wait to return and soak in the charm of this aesthetic place once again!

Our stay at Pala was lovely! Despite a rocky start due to bad weather, we did have a good and peaceful holiday. The house was as lovely as the pictures and waking up to the mountains in our backyard was unreal. By the third day, the little walk up to the home was also easy and enjoyable :) We enjoyed the home cooked made by Seema didi. There are a lot cafes at a walking distance. It is well located - close enough to the civilization, and yet secluded. Rahat was extremely responsive and helpful! He went out of his way to make our stay as smooth as possible! His recommendations were all top-notch. Can’t wait to be back!

Right from the time we stepped into the Rendezvous, we were bowled over by the place. It’s an exquisite place, with lovely chalets and a very responsive staff. Our chalet had the perfect view of the majestic Dhauladhars. The staff, led by Karam, is very friendly and responsive. The food was simple and outstanding. I really liked my conversations with Jim, Jennifer’s dad, who gave me a lot of tips about where to run and scenic drives around the property. All in all, an unforgettable experience.

Serene views and a very cosy and comfortable home for my wife, 3 rd old and myself. Also the food was lip smacking home made by Mahesh and his family. McLeod ganj and the Dalai Lama temple is less than an hour away. Mornings were welcomed by brightly coloured birds and the mighty Dhauladhar ranges - perfect for doing a yoga session facing the ranges. We are longing to come back . Must say the host was very quick to any responses or needs. Thank you Anubha and family and Mahesh.

Our two nights and three days at Birdhouse retreat with family of 13 adults 2 kids and infant was very memorable. Thanks to Ashishs helpful directions, detailed listing. And Pawans scrumptious food, spotless clean stay and guidance to our very many questions. We absolutely loved the views, the cold, the treks around to nag temple and flag point, the hike down to birdhouse cakery and market, the peace , the bonfire, the hot teas and hot bath water! The kitchen in the room with infant and single room were also very helpful. We loved Pawans dal chawal, maggie paneer bhurji and simple home cooked foods. We were worried about the rough roads but got through it with directions. Thank you Ashish for this beautiful stay!

Uncle is an amazing host.. this place reminded me of home. he has made all possible ways to make us feel comfortable. not sharing any pictures because all the earlier images are totally correct .

This is definitely one of the best places to stay in McLeodganj. Rohitash was a great host and went out of the way to make us feel at home. There was also a bonfire arranged for us on our request. We would highly recommend the place and will definitely stay here the next time we are in McLeodganj.

I stayed for 4 pleasant nights and my stay was extremely comfortable. The property was correctly explained in the description. It has all the amenities for a longer stay and the owner is very helpful. I would definitely recommend this property and it is a value for money.
