Great place well maintained, spacious villa ...limited food options but good taste also pools are small but great for group to enjoy

This farmstay offers the perfect escape for anyone seeking peace, relaxation & a connection with nature. The setting is mesmerizing- green landscapes, amazing sunsets, fresh air & stunning views . One of the major highlights was the food - absolutely delicious 😋😋. The caretaker Vanita Tai made fresh, flavourful meals made of natural produce.Both quantity & quality was top notch, something that is extremely rare nowadays. I highly recommend it to people who want a relaxing getaway surrounded by nature. Will definitely visit this again!

Good villa and location for a group of friends or a family to stay! Rooms are spacious and so are the common areas. The caretaker was helpful and friendly.

Had a wonderful stay. All the rooms and bathroom were clean. They had everything in the kitchen, fridge, microwave, water filter etc. Utensils were clean. Swimming pool was fantastic. Caretaker was really helpful. Zomat delivery is available.

We recently hosted a bachelor’s party for a friend at CharBungla Holiday Homes, and it was the perfect choice! The twin villas gave us plenty of space to relax and have fun. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, and the toilets were spotless — everything was well-maintained, which made our stay even better. We opted for the buffet meals, and the food was simply amazing! Every dish was delicious. Ketaki, our host, was incredible. She organized everything meticulously, so we never had to worry about a thing. We loved that there was so much to do — from outdoor games on the spacious lawn to a great collection of board games inside. The pool was sparkling clean and added the perfect vibe for the season. It’s rare to find a place that caters to both relaxation and fun, but CharBungla nailed it. All of us left with unforgettable memories, and I’d highly recommend this place to anyone planning a getaway or celebration in Lonavala. You won't be disappointed!

If u are looking for for something simple yet calm n peaceful then this is the place. Serene surroundings and well kept place. Host was very helpful and thoughtful. She made sure my stay was comfortable specially that I was visiting from germany. Zomato and Swiggy was easily available I would definitely recommend this property and the host for future guest

The house is very well maintained, with a layout ideal for families or close friends to spend quality time together. The hosts were incredibly helpful and attentive. We would love to return!

We visited the place in December 2024 on a weekend. The place is well maintained. has lots of trees and a beautiful garden around it. The care taker makes really amazing food . Do try out his barbecue chicken. Overall loved it and find it good for a family outing.

My family had a very comfortable stay and we're quite happy. The apartment has many amenities that you can avail and the best part is the location is very scenic. Kimaya was very responsive and prompt. Overall the stay was good.

The place was exactly the same as described. The host was very welcoming and his nature was very down to earth. He interacted with us on a regular basis to make us comfortable. Coming to the place, the rooms were spacious and the view from the rooms was worth what we paid for. The kitchen is well equipped with all the basic utensils. We will definitely recommend this place if you are looking for an overnight stay in Lonavala.

The property is very good, go book it blindly. The area very peaceful and the ambiance is super cool and relaxing with an amazing pool. Would like to give a round of applause to the service staff/ the caretakers- they are super humble, helpful and will make you feel like home with a very nicely cooked home made food the family is very sweet and respectful and i highly recommend to order from them only they will provide very good quality and delicious food and comfort. In one line, I'll call this a luxury stay in an idyllic village in Maharashtra. We were greeted by the local caretaker and the staff, who were highly efficient and friendly. The place is just how it's described, but note that it's in a village with little to do. We intended to be at home and not explore nearby, so it worked for us. The stay is unique, and that stands out in this Airbnb. Great food, and a bird's eye view into village life. recommended!

property was clean and tidy, our host provided all necessary amenities, nice getaway within the city, I would recommend it for a group looking to have a fun weekend, the only thing missing for us was a refrigerator but owner allows to keep things in their refrigerator so it's all good..

Absolutely lovely and cozy place! It was just what we needed for a little break from the hustle of Mumbai. We had a lot of fun un the jacuzzi while enjoying some nice music and good food! Thanks to the owner Niki and the caretaker Suresh, we had a pleasant stay and returned with some great memories

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

Huge villa with spacious hall and bedrooms. Very beautiful and peaceful surrounding with private Gazebo and empty garden space to play sports. Enough parking space for couple of cars. Caretaker is responsive and available 25X7

The place was beautiful me an my friends enjoyed it alot we felt like our home an the main thing is the place is build in between of forest where you can find peace privacy an you can spend your quality time with your loved ones like Me an my friends did!!!!! Definitely i will suggest you all to book it an try it onces so that you can also write this review 😌
