Monthly Rentals in Keswick

Sarah was an excellent host. The house was very clean and looked like the photos. Sarah had a binder full of recommendations for food and entertainment in the area which was very nice. Her instructions for how to get into the house and where to leave items when it was time to check out were easy to follow. Sarah was also very responsive for any questions we had.

Jonathan’s place was as described and the perfect place to stay for a wedding at Keswick Hall. The apartment was extremely tidy with a very nice bathroom and everything we needed. There is plenty of room for 2 couples and the proximity to Keswick is unbeatable. Would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area!

Leah was wonderful and so was this cute guest house. We had a great time at UVA parent weekend and will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful 2 month stay. The kitchen is one of the best kitted out that we’ve had, the beds are comfortable and the apartment is peaceful and quiet. We did hear the pitter patter of tiny feet, but I always found that charming. It’s a lovely family and a very walkable home to both the downtown mall and the wool factory. I’m sure we’ll be back.
