Clean and clutter free space. Had almost all the necessary amenities. However, it would have been better to have hot water facility as well. Overall experience was great, especially the host was very helpful with finding the place and met us in person to give us a walkthrough of the place. Cleanliness was something to be appreciated as well. Place had all the essential items for a couple of days’ stay. Will consider this again during next visit for sure.

I had a fantastic stay at Uthara's BnB in Kulathoor. The place is exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and located in a secure gated society, providing a peaceful and comfortable environment. The property is newly constructed, with modern, thoughtfully designed rooms that offer a perfect blend of style and functionality. The interiors are well-furnished, making it feel like a home away from home. Additionally, the availability of Swiggy services makes it convenient for food delivery, adding to the overall comfort. Uthara is a great host, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a quality stay in the area!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was very clean and well-maintained, with no pests. It is located in a peaceful area but right in the heart of the city, making it incredibly convenient. There are several great restaurants nearby, and food delivery was super fast. The property had three bathrooms, and I never had any issues with hot water in any of them. Additionally, the air conditioning in all three bedrooms worked perfectly, which made the stay even more comfortable. A small point to mention is that the apartment is on the third floor of the building and there’s no elevator. Traveling with a 2-year-old and parents aged 55+, it was a bit challenging to climb up and down, especially with a lot of luggage. So, if you're not comfortable with stairs, this might not be the best option for you. However, aside from that, everything was great. The apartment had a homely feel, and Mr Jayakumar was really approachable and Tina was very proactive and helpful.

We stayed at Salwa’s Airbnb Homestay and had a great time! The apartment is incredibly spacious – much larger than we expected – and we absolutely loved it. We had plenty of room to cook and really enjoyed our time there. It was such a comfortable and pleasant stay, and we would definitely give it 5 stars. One thing to note is that the apartment is located by a road, so you can hear some noise even on the fourth floor. It’s something to keep in mind, but we didn’t mind at all – we actually loved it. That’s it from us. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable, quiet and centrally located in a well maintained apartment block. It has all the amenities for a short stay. Getting there if you are a stranger or getting back late at night could be a tad confusing, or atleast it was for us. But nothing that Google maps and a little prior planning won't sort out. And Mesfin's directions were also helpful. Well appointed and the kitchennette was ideal for our short stay. If I remember right the water kettle wasn't working that night and it was too late to disturb Mesfin who would have ,I'm sure, attended to it promptly. Would also be nice to have some drinking water provisions in the room. A very pleasant experience and strongly recommended for travellers who are single or travelling as couples.

I had a great stay at this place! The unit was exactly as described and matched the pictures. It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities, making it perfect for both solo travelers and families. The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay, quickly addressing any questions I had. The only minor downside was the lack of hot water, but the host was prompt in responding and trying to assist. Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay—I’d definitely recommend it!

What a quaint and homely stay this was! The apartment was quite roomy with plenty of wardrobe space. I really sitting on the balcony, staring at cows grazing.

It was the best choice to stay here for my last day in Kochin. The place was very simple and clean but very enough for staying one or two nights. This place was well-equipped with everything I needed, including not only soap and shampoo but also a hairdryer, an iron, a sewing kit, and a first aid kit. It's very near to the Airport. I was very satisfied with this place. The host Jose was very helpful too.

it was a nice stay. clean and big house. all delivery options works perfectly. stairs to the first floor was little congested, but the apartment was great and having all necessary aminities. Kitchen basics were taken care of well.

Genuinely this place and host thomas sir and wife are very nice. I felt a clean home feel. Thomas sir,Wife,and also their Son naveen are truly helpful and Friendly Nature. Had an Awesome Stay.. I recommend to the one's who looking for a peaceful , Friendly, good stay near coimbatore. ❤️

Overall it was a great place to live for vacation. but there were some real pros and cons about it. pros : clean property and clean bathroom, clean towel and kitchen, very near to IT campus so there were a lot of restaurants and activities nearby, centre to famous beach spots , varkala, jatayu earth center cons : no drinking water provided we have to buy on our own, road to property is under construction so inconvenience to cabs and taxis overall a great place to spend time with family or friends. recommended if okay with the cons.

Febin’s place was really beautiful and we had an amazing stay there. The apartment itself is stunning and has been beautifully furnished - you can tell that it was done out as somewhere to live as it’s been finished to a really high standard. It was immaculate and smelled divine! The beds were comfy, all of the amenities were in the flat and there was genuinely nothing missing. Febin and his wife were so kind and helpful and were both there for check in which was lovely. Febin was on hand by text during the stay anytime I needed him - I text him once to ask if there was a kettle on the apartment and he had one delivered within less than 24 hours. Super generous and accommodating. We used the pool and the gym at a small fee and the shop on site is pretty good too. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Our stay at Vythri was amazing! The property is beautifully maintained, and the terrace is a highlight with its charming light decor and stunning starry views at night. The mountain views during the day, accompanied by the soothing chirping of birds, were truly mesmerizing. The staff was kind and attentive, providing everything we needed on the terrace. A perfect place to relax and connect with nature!

Good stay, nice views, decent rooms. Swimming pool was in maintenance so was not available for full stay. Overall decent stay. Thanks!
