Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Kent

Our stay here was absolutely perfect. The place was exactly as described and even better than the photos let on. The place was spotless and the views were fantastic. Lots of detailed instructions and recommendations for things to do in the area. The only mild criticism I would have is that for a $220 cleaning fee we were expected to do much of the cleaning ourselves. We had to wipe all counters/surfaces, strip bed linens, etc. Happy to do these things as I like to treat AirBnb homes as if they are mine, with the greatest respect. However, that was a bit surprising considering the fee amount. Please know, that criticism is BEYOND minor bc the home was absolutely stunning and let me and my friends have a wonderful time in gorgeous surroundings. HIGHLY recommend!

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our pups as we were visiting family in the area over the holidays. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and very private. We enjoyed the hot tub most evenings, and were very comfortable. Angela added very thoughtful touches throughout the house, for us and for the pups. This is a great place to stay!

This is hands down one of the best rental properties I’ve stayed at. All the appliances worked beautifully, the home was beautiful and between the ping pong table, bocci ball and hot tub, there was so much to do. The view from the property is also incredible. Highly recommend.

What a great little escape! We had a wonderful stay with the whole family. The hot tub, swingset, and playroom were excellent. The house was clean and comfortable, with a great ambiance. The host was super friendly and responsive. We will stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host was proactive, friendly and responsive. We had a nice view of the water and were able to relax in a quiet and peaceful area. We were able to enjoy the amenities such as ping pong and the hot tub. The main house and guest house were both clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to return!

My stay at Ivo and Cosetta’s place was absolutely wonderful—an experience that felt unique and different. The view of the Space Needle is unmatched, and the well-organized layout of the house, combined with its green spaces and serene zen areas, creates the perfect atmosphere to enjoy both the city and peaceful moments of relaxation. On top of that, they are exceptional hosts—always attentive and ready to assist with anything you need, which is truly appreciated. 100% recommended!

Seayes was super nice to us, and made sure that we felt right at home. The place is in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by nature, simply lovely. Would definitely recommend staying with them!

We had our wedding here over the last weekend. Rachel was amazing, responsive, and super flexible. She let us check out late and even helped us put the parking signs up so our guests wouldn’t have trouble finding the venue. There are no bad pictures at this place and so many areas to explore on the property. Would definitely recommend this beautiful home for a wedding, an event, or for a peaceful, relaxing retreat. Would definitely come back again in the future.

Had no trouble disconnecting and letting our troubles go here. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Great for two people, 3 worked, too, 4 could do it if they really like each other. Peaceful surrounding, feels especially private at night. Can’t wait to come back.

So cute! Great to hang out it! The upstairs bunk bed is small on the top but works out find for my shorter friend. The stairs are narrow and tricky and I would avoid them with little kids. For older kids and adults it’s super cute and picturesque. Super cute vibe. 5/5 on the coffee situation with a grinder, great machine and Olympia Coffee provided! Would love to come back!

Everything about this place felt like a retreat! The lakefront view, sprawling yard & hot tub, amazing midcentury decor and so many great details made this a wonderful stay! We appreciated the outdoor amenities like the fort and yard toys plus gear like a highchair to accommodate our kids. We took almost daily strolls through the trails and parks and enjoyed getting out on the water. We loved our stay here and were well taken care of with clear instructions and very responsive and accommodating hosts!

Beautiful spot at water's edge (depending on the tides!) Wonderful hot tub placement for views and bird/wildlife watching! We enjoyed it even in pouring rain with our cap hats on! Samah promptly answered any questions. Just a 5 minute drive to Penrose point State Park where we got a few miles walking the trails but otherwise stayed put at the place reading, talking, enjoying hot tub and views. Really appreciate they made the deck work for the gorgeous huge tree. Fabulous kitchen and nice coffee station with high end appliances. Loved the round window! And didn't use fireplace but it's pretty to look at. Note that if people will be sleeping in living room they'll want eye masks- no window coverings (and that couch is the biggest seating - we were glad we fit into bedrooms), and everyone might want ear plugs-- the wooden spiral staircase is really beautiful but also pretty noisy. Be sure to read info sheet on wall near bottom of stairs as you come in! Would stay again.

Amazing time! So clean and beautiful - absolutely gorgeous property. We loved watching the water ebb and flow while soaking in the cedar hot tub. As a chef, I had a blast in the kitchen - they made sure all the essentials were covered!
