Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Kent

Had a great stay while in town for a concert at the Tacoma Dome! Only had a small issue with the parking. We had payed extra to park in the secure garage and the instructions said there would be a remote fob and a permit on the table when we checked in, however they weren’t there! Sounds like it was a minor mix up with a new cleaning person. We contacted Andy and he responded right away and brought us the pass and the fob we needed in one hour. We preferred to park in the garage for safety reasons, but had no problem leaving our car in the free street parking right in front of the building while we waited for him to arrive. It worked out great! Just a heads up that this Airbnb is located at the top of a fairly steep hill, so keep that in mind if you’re planning on walking to access the light rail/food.

Heather’s space was perfect for a weekend getaway to Seattle with our dog. We often have to sacrifice comfort and style for the convenience of a pet-friendly place, but Heather’s place had all 3 and more. It was well appointed and well decorated with everything we needed away from home, including a very comfortable couch and bed, and a beautiful bathroom, and a well stocked kitchen. We loved all the books and local recommendations. Most importantly, our pup felt very comfortable and right at home. We are so glad to have stayed here and can’t wait to return!

This place was exactly as advertised! Very cosy and clean in a neighbourhood that felt safe. Kari was easy to reach and communicate with. We had lots of fun!

Me and my partner both loved this place, it's the perfect place to just get away from home for a bit and just enjoy your time. Definitely recommend especially if you know the area cause everything is in walking distance.

My stay at Thomas' was amazing! I loved spending time in his well-tended garden. I walked to Lake Washington every morning to watch the sun rise. I even enjoyed walks through the nearby park to the grocery store. The bed was very comfortable; the space was clean but still had a warm energy. And it had everything I needed! I would definitely consider a repeat visit here! Unfortunately we did not get to cross paths as he was away during my stay.

This our second stay in this cozy spot! It is so comfortable and convenient. Scott and Marcy are friendly and helpful, while the space is very private and self contained. Looking forward to staying here again next time we are in Seattle.

Great clean comfortable house on a quiet alley, felt luxurious. The parking spot is a little tight, but so nice to have it right outside the door.

The home was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe and peaceful. Thao was responsive and helpful. I recommend this to any large groups needing a quiet place to stay in Seattle!

Great, cozy place with easy access to downtown without having to stay there. Can easily walk to West Seattle shops. Giselle was very helpful and attentive to any questions.

David was a wonderful host and we felt like we were staying in a well cared for home. Great attention to detail with everything. My daughter loved playing in their front yard, backyard and inside the home with all the toys. Also very conveniently located to all the amenities nearby with a fully stocked kitchen. We would 100% recommend to anyone!

Really cute Airbnb! It’s the perfect size for two people. It was nice and we liked the location. Not hard to find if you follow the directions they provide. It took a little while for the house to warm up once we turned on the heater, but overall very cozy! The ladder seemed a bit flimsy, also you have to remember the ladder is there or you’ll keep stubbing your toes! Lol.

Payton’s place was immaculately clean, stylish, and extremely comfortable! The mattresses and pillows were exceptionally comfortable and made sleeping away from home easy! Was also in a great walkable neighborhood. Will definitely go back!

Great place!!! Because of a problem at other accommodations that I booked, I had to book Zihao's place at the very last minute. He responded immediately and allowed an immediate check in! The place is adorable, great furnishings, sparkling clean and has a spectacular view of the Space Needle and neighborhood. Private, no noise from neighbors, a garage--really great. Best part is how responsive Zihao was--always responded to any questions within moments. He also kindly allowed a late check out. Wonderful place and wonderful host! Keep in mind that there are lots of stairs between each floor---which we didn't mind at all--great exercise! Highly recommended!

Gorgeous home, unbeatable views. Our stay was so enjoyable and comfortable, the house was spacious and well apportioned. The beach was fantastic. Amazing neighborhood, both quiet and within walking distance of restaurants. Super responsive hosts and super helpful as we forgot a few items.

Location next to Pike Place Market was great. View of Elliott Bay and the Olympics was gorgeous. And I really enjoyed the amenities in the building, being able to work out, swim and sauna every day.

Cody's place was great and I'm a cool neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. The bus is super convenient to take you to Ballard and downtown. I would definitely stay here again!

I had an amazing three-week stay at Debbie's place in Redmond. The house was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Despite my late arrival due to a delayed flight, Debbie graciously waited for me well past the check-in hours, which I greatly appreciated. Debbie's hospitality went above and beyond. She shared her food with me, cooked some of my dinners, and even invited me to cook for her. She was an enthusiastic student, eager to learn how to cook the Italian way. I truly enjoyed cooking for her and some of her friends, which made my stay even more memorable. To my delight, I also found a bottle of Italian wine and mineral water on my nightstand, a thoughtful touch that made me feel right at home. Additionally, her cat Mackie was a real joy—so friendly and cozy. We made friends instantly, and when I left, he had me sit with him for a proper petting session. Debbie’s hospitality and attention to detail truly made my stay exceptional. I highly recommend her place to anyone visiting.

We had a lovely stay. We loved how close to everything the condo was. We also loved the staff at the front desk….super friendly. We’d come back to this Airbnb!

Awesome walk-up apartment near great restaurants and activities. The space was immaculate and bigger than expected. The large closet and half bathroom were nice to have. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking equipment, spices, cleaning products, etc. There is a large laundry room which was an added bonus. We had no issues with the street parking over our 10-day stay but the host also provides a parking pass to a nearby garage. There is some street noise on the weekends, as others have noted, but the bedroom is in the back of the apartment, where the noise doesn’t reach. We slept peacefully.

Very nice place overall. I was only slightly disappointed that there was a dwelling between the house and the lake as I had intended to keep my boat at the dock. Ultimately it was no problem at all for me as I kept my boat elsewhere and just picked it up each day. Very responsive and very clean place. Enjoyed the stay and would recommend to anyone looking to be near the lake.
