Holiday rentals with a patio in Kent County

We all had a great stay! Cool beach house was super clean, kitchen well stocked, comfortable beds, nice baths- couldn’t ask for a better long weekend to relax, reset, and enjoy the family. Loved the artwork ☺️ Visiting in September we saw the horseshoe crabs but the nearby beaches were nice too!!

Fantastic beach getaway. The home was clean and comfortable with extra room even bigger than the pictures. The views were spectacular and the deck actually is accessible from so many places. The directions for keyless entry were clear, but when I wasn’t understanding them the hosts responded immediately and we got in within moments. Comfortable beds and plenty of things in the kitchen - can opener, coffee maker and wine opener as well as things like cutting board and baking sheets. Fridge is huge and there’s tons of ice. Definitely would recommend.

Great place - just the right size for two of us and our dog for a quick Thanksgiving getaway. The house had everything we needed and was not too far from the towns on the Eastern Shore. Looking forward to a return visit.

Vinay’s Airbnb was cozy, clean, and perfect for our stay. He was incredibly accommodating, especially for a late arrival and during a major snowstorm—walkways were shoveled and salted, which made everything so much easier when we arrived. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like bottled water and new toothbrush kits, which were a lifesaver when my son left his toothbrush at a hotel in another state. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful home. We stayed here for the weekend while in town for our niece’s wedding.

The house was wonderful! The huge driveway space worked very well because I had a large trailer. We loved the location and the property was absolutely beautiful. We stayed in the winter so we didn’t get to make use of all the summertime activities but we still had a great time. Loved the walk in showers and unlimited hot water, that’s always nice when it’s time for everyone shower. The appliances were very modern and easy to use.

Amazing house with all the amenities we could ask for a weeklong family stay. Steps away from quiet Broadkill beach. Lisa was very responsive and provided clear instructions in the house. I will definitely ve staying here for any future trips to the area!

Cutest little beach bungalow perfect for a couples getaway! Clean, charming, and fully stocked with what you may need. Walking distance to dinner which was a nice added bonus! Can’t wait to return in the warmer months.
